It’s been over a month since the fraudulent double charge (never even received product btw) and they CHARGED ME AGAIN! Had to cancel my credit card. Thieves. Theives. Theives.

I bought a twenty dollar brush for my wife. They overcharged me by 30 dollars, I managed to get a refund from them after numerous emails, and they have subsequently charged me another 100 dollars in recurring charges. Avoid like the plague

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Kojeva.
I placed an order and later received a notification from the courier stating that the parcel had been delivered. However, I never received the item. I checked my mailbox after the delivery notification, searched all communal mail areas, and spoke to my neighbours, but the parcel was nowhere to be found. The parcel was also too large to fit through my mailbox.
I contacted Kojeva’s customer service and was patient while they investigated the matter with their courier. I was informed that, because the courier had marked the parcel as delivered, the matter was considered closed and any loss after delivery was not their responsibility.
I responded, explaining that I had not received the parcel and requested either a replacement or a refund. I then sent further follow-up emails in an attempt to resolve the issue amicably.
What has been most disappointing is that customer service has now stopped responding altogether. Despite making every effort to work with the company and resolve the matter directly, my emails have been ignored, and I have been left having paid for goods that I never received.
I have been shopping online for many years and have never encountered such poor after-sales support. Mistakes can happen with deliveries, but the true measure of a company is how it treats its customers when something goes wrong. In my experience, Kojeva has shown no willingness to take ownership of the issue or even continue the conversation.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this company and would think very carefully before placing an order.

scam company. Do not purchase anything from them otherwise you will be subscribed to $49.99 per month for nothing. Their products aside, any company that signs its customers up for a subscription without any indication of that being the case, especially when customers receive legitimately nothing for their subscription, is a company that should not be funded further.

Unfortunately, this turned out to be absolute rubbish. Doesn’t work at all as various ads have shown and promised. Big disappointment.

Scam!! Never received goods and they keep on charging me £37.77 each month since March. They took two payments of £37.77 in March. I have never authorised a subscription! They have been blocked by my bank and bank have confirmed that they are a scam. Be careful everyone x

It's refreshing to trust advertising and it actually be true. I have the other brand and wasn't too happy with them so I ordered two Kojeva. They are definitely softer.

The brush does what it says. I wish the website had a couple of videos showing you how to use it properly like I originally saw in the ad before I purchased it. Also, the brush handle material doesn't feel as good as I expected. It took forever to arrive. But overall I feel it was a wise purchase.

I received an excellent deal on the brush. 2 for 1 plus a special price! It came with instructions which makes my daily routine flawlesss and quick. I have 1 eye that is heavily hooded due to surgery and when using the brush my hooded eye looks NORMAL! The rest of my face looks great as well. 😀

Shipping was around 3weeks. Received my sculpting facial brush, masks and ginger oil and all off them are quality products! Thank you 😊

I also was scammed with the $29.99 order and an additional $49.99 unauthorized charges on my credit card TWICE. I was told the first time that the “subscription” which I never signed up for had been cancelled…NOT TRUE! I was just charged again for another $49.99! Kojeva is being reported to police department. A fraud company!

Kept me updated during the delivery process which is useful. The product is good quality, and I certainly had a fresher feeling on the face after using it as advised on the little instruction leaflet. The reason I will give it a 4 and not 5 is I'd have liked more detailed instructions, perhaps with more motions I could do on other areas and explaining what the movements do.
