I bought 2 of the viral lymph drainage brushes, really eager to try them - delivery was slow (but I half expected that tbh). The issue came once the brushes were delivered. The packaging was a flimsy envelope, no protection for the brushes, it was ripped half open and when I opened it BOTH brushes damaged - one severely damaged.
I contacted Kojeva and asked them for a full refund, sending photos of the damage, I heard nothing back, I resent the email and still nothing!!! Really disappointed as they were particularly cheap.

The customer service is very responsive and helpful.

The product is great. I've just started using it, so can't really say how effective it is, but the brushes are well made and soft. I haven't tried the mask yet.

A very interesting product that when applied, feels instantly better. My sinuses are better than they have ever been.

Arrives within an appropriate amount of time. The product is just as expected. I seldom like to give the highest mark, as I feel we all need some room for improvement. (I would suggest a different clasp on the case, I see these breaking shortly.) Otherwise, all is well. Yes, the brush is super soft but I'm not saying you see a marked improvement in puffiness immediately after using. I would recommend this product.

The brush really feels soft and it feels great on my face making me feel relaxed and calm. My face feels tight, firm and stretched. It’s worth it to buy! Thank you!

Absolutely loved it. So much that my mum came to my house looked exhausted and had really bad sinus and I did it on her face and she looked amazing. i gave her the brush and purchased a new one for myself. Missing it though even though its only been a few days so really looking forward to it arriving. My sister has also purchased after I mentioned it to her

I'm using the face brush and it feels wonder. I haven't had it that long, but I can see a difference already.

My friend asked if I'd lost weight because my face had lost its puffiness (I had actually gained a little weight). My sinuses also feel a lot better

The brush really does help your skin in so many ways. People I don’t even know are coming up to me when I am running earns to complement my complexion. This has never happened to me before!

I dont find this product is working for me. I have followed the instructions but not noticing a difference at all.

Love this brush! Came quickly and have been using it ever since. Giving one to all my friends! :)

No used it very often...had to look it up on YouTube, but, I love the feel of it and am going to use it every day from now on. I have a Gua sha stone as well, but I have to say I do love the gentle feel of this! Lovely! xxx

The brushes are well made and work really well! They’re soft, but firm enough to move lymph without damaging tissue. As a medical massage therapist, I would recommend this product and use them on my clients.

I am so happy I went with Kojeva! There are alot of 'fake' sites with subpar products out there. I just love my brush and my only regret is that I only bought one. I need another!!!!
