Knott Brothers Limited Recenzje

Absolutely great service!
When Adam came for the first time to inspect the property there was still a lot of stuff unfinished (even though the developer promised everything would be ready for snagging by that date), so he could only check the externals. But a week later came back with no additional charge to complete the internals snagging - and produced the report super quickly.
Report quality was also very good and a lot of things were identified which we could've easily missed if checked ourselves.
Can't recommend them enough - great service, great communication and understanding.

Easy and efficient process. Good value. High quality work.

Great service, amazing response on the telephone & the report was detailed and sent the same day! Very impressed

Wonderful service, was given great advice and options on how to go about surveying my property and the report was very concise and easy to understand

Thank you Adam from Knott Brothers Ltd for doing our snagging inspection. We were lucky not to have many snags but the report is clear, easy to read and thorough. Highly recommend them :)

Fantastic service provided by Knotts Brothers from start to finish. Being first time buyers our buying process has been stressful, Knotts Brothers took this off our hands and directly liaised with the builders allowing this to be hassle free on our behalf. They continued to communicate with us throughout the whole process. Quick and efficient with completing the survey.

We received an excellent, detailed survey at the time we needed it. It addressed many of the structural aspects one does not normally get looked at in a snagging survey. The surveyor (Craig) took time to explain what he was doing and we were able to comment on the final report and have questions answered. The report was produced very quickly and was very nicely structured with a good way of getting important aspects addressed with urgency while not forgetting the smaller items either. The colour scheme used to highlight issues is excellent.

Craig was really detailed and very willing to answer all questions we asked. The report we received was very detailed and contained aspects of our home we would never have thought of.
Holly was also very pleasant and professional in responding to emails. I'll definitely recommend Knott Brothers! Great team!

Great service from Adam & Hollie - always quick and helpful responses. The snagging report was thorough and easily understandable. A reasonable price for the service, fully recommended. I'm very reassured before moving into our new home.

Despite our time constraints being frankly unreasonable, they have gone above and beyond to get us the survey, and an extremely detailed one at that. Will definitely come back for our next warranty milestone!

Knott Brothers, definition of proficiency and excellence. You can’t go wrong with this company. I will recommend them any day.

I am just so impressed with Knott Brothers. My first contact was with Hollie, wow she is awesome, straight away I knew I was in safe hands. We flicked emails back and forth and in no time at all we had a time and a date for the snagging review to get underway. Surveyor, Adam arrived ahead of time, my daughter let him into the building, she rang me and said this guy knows his stuff and he is really polite and courteous too, bonus. The resulting independent snagging report was received promptly, it read very well, I am very happy with the expert detail it contains. Once i have had a further discussion with Adam, he will forward it on to the developer and Adam will respond to any questions they may have. Honestly what is the point in whining at the developer yourself. Start to finish, surround yourself with Knott Brothers expertise, I have and I'm very happy.

Great communication by mail, we sorted the booking and the quote through there, reasonable price for a snagging inspection. Got a call by phone the day before the appointment to confirm If I was going to be at the property.
Next day, Craig came and did an excellent job on the inspection, he showed his vast experience on the field and the report he provided was what we expected. We are very happy with the service and will reach out again if needed.

Excellent company, and customer service - I would highly recommend
Adam came out to provide his report very quickly. He called before arriving to let me know he was running early and to check if it was ok to come sooner. He seemed very keen to understand my situation and to discuss any faults I was already concerned about. The whole experience felt very reassuring and the very detailed report was provided later that same day.

Wonderful communication. Easy to understand report. Friendly staff and very thorough and professional .

Knott Brothers were very responsive and easy to work with from the start to the end of the process. A clear report was issued following the snagging survey which was well received by the developer. Many thanks.

Quite satisfying. Seemed to have picked up some very minor snags while very few were missed. Overall a good job done

I can’t prise Craig enough, he is a very professional and hardworking individual and his attention to details is superior. Craig was dedicated to producing error-free, accurate work. He also explained all procedure so clearly to me.I’m extremely grateful for all Knott Brothers’s Limited hard work. The whole snugging survey process went really smooth and I got the outcome that I wanted. I would recommend this service to anyone as great results and peace of mind are guaranteed.

From the start very professional, knowledgeable and honest.
Report was put together really well and support after survey continues.
Money well spent and I would definitely recommend to anyone.
Thanks Hollie, Thanks Craig.
