Knoops is a chocolate lover's paradise! The rich, customisable chocolate drinks are exceptional, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Received the gift box with 3 different flavours for Christmas and utterly obsessed. I pop it in my milk frother and it’s a such a treat.. definitely worth it if you’re a chocolate fan. Visited their store on the Kings Road recently and tried their cold chocolate (can’t remember the name but it’s not the milkshake) and am worried it’s the worst thing I’ve done because I need to try it again and sadly there isn’t a shop in my area!

The staff here are always smiling and are exceptionally nice. I picked up a Too Good to Go bag this evening (discounted food saved from getting thrown away) The staff here always make you feel you’re doing something good unlike some TGTG shops where you can be looked down on. Thank you for the delicious sweet treats.

The most decadent hot chocolate I've ever had. Their marshmallows are to die for and I love adding chilli to my milk chocolate drink. Perfect level of creaminess and sweetness. 10/10

Made an online order for a Christmas present, when it arrived 1 item was missing.
On contacting them they really was not interested in sorting the issue, just played for time so it could not be resolved by Christmas and then issued a refund for the item as it was the simplest option for themselves

Bought the tester box along with some marshmallows, also bought from a few other luxury hot chocolate places and Knoops was definitely the best I've tried so I've bought a full size of my favourite. The only gripe I have is the packaging, its all cardboard so eco friendly, but I've never had such a struggle to open both the tubes I got. It creates a vacuum to seal it and you've really got to twist and pull to get the lid of. Probably not suitable for people who don't have great dexterity, I would probably pay more for it to come in lovely tins, or maybe a one time purchase tin, then be able to buy it in pouches to refill. Will repurchase again anyway as it really is good hot chocolate

Knoops the St Albans branch is the most nicest & hygienic place I've been too and I’m a regular customer.. I will give it 10/10 for the great atmosphere I’ve never seen staff kinder than at this place from day one and best of all for serving the top quality of milkshakes and coffees, hot chocolates they make are just so yummy and off such a high standard !! Even my 12 year old keeps sending me back as the milkshakes are that tasty !! I always buy the mocha for me and for my son chocolate milkshake or white pure chocolate.
I would love to praise 3 members of staff first is my favourite and the best milkshake maker in town .. her name is Laura no matter what she is always so kind and gentle to all her customers including children .. we always have a lovely non stop chat . she has top manners and a smile on her face all the time .. Laura has high customer and social skills!! Next I like to praise is the wonderful manager Vanessa she is always super friendly always smiling I really like it when she makes the milkshake too it's always nice and yummy and refreshing ..lastly is Sumya always polite and hardworking 10/10 for all of them !! Knoops Bath branch closes at 9pm. At 8.50 I went in to get a hot chocolate for my daughter only to be told that they had just had a big party (which was only 5 people standing outside) and were no longer serving. I tried to insist as it was only 1 drink and no one else was in, but was informed they were now cleaning and were not going to serve further. Surely if they close at 9pm they should serve until 9pm and then close and clean.

They refused to take cash. I would recommend not giving business to shops that only take card

They have zero regard for it or for their customers. I have emailed them several times asking them to remove my details from marketing lists. No response(s) and am still getting spammed constantly. The unsubscribe link within the emails clearly do not work. Now having to report them to the ICO. I ordered several items (vegan) online and all are way too sweet - even the higher cocoa content products. Definitely not worth the price tag. Far better quality and value elsewhere.

I purchased 3 different types of the chocolate flakes online. Absolutely great products, almost as good as visiting the shop in Rye!
The only downside was the choice of delivery, it took 12 days to arrive and arrived only just in time for Christmas Eve.

Excellent range of products and delicious chocolate.
I use the Knoopifier every day and can't wait for the next cup!
