I can highly recommend these solicitors.Nothing was too much trouble and they were always helpful with any questions that we had during the process of our conveyance.They took away any concerns and stress that might be encountered throughout the whole process.All the staff that we dealt with were pleasant and efficient.

We used Knight Richardson for both the sale and purchase of a property in a chain. The sale of our flat was a complicated transaction due to the lease and the building safety act. Nathan Gill was our conveyancer and he was always courteous, helpful, and easy to get hold of. Phone calls were returned within hours if I could not get hold of him directly. I was recommended Knight Richardson by a friend. After having bad experiences with property solicitors in the past I was feeling very apprehensive about the process of selling my property but the service I received couldn't have been better. I dealt mainly with Megan who was very easy to get in contact with, was always very prompt in her email replies and always took the time to explain the legal jargon to me. The sale of the property was very quick and stress free. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Knight Richardson to anyone else selling or buying.

The service we received did not meet the standards expected — communication was slow, and issues were not resolved despite multiple follow-ups. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their services.

I am a mortgage broker and instructed Knight Richardson (KR() on behalf of my client who is a first time buyer. The client desperately needed to agree a completion date for no later than 30th January 2026. I called and spoke to Isaac Chowdhury , a director at KR, Isaac promised to personally manage the conveyancing process through to legal completion going forward and he did just that and a completion date is now agreed for 30th January 2026. Excellent response to a request to expedite the conveyancing process, excellent communications.

Review scores have changed a lot since our experience! Strange! This company represented our first buyer, and they cost us thousands in indemnity policies for ridiculous reasons, and then they scared our buyer off by telling them they wouldn't get a mortgage because they couldn't figure out who owned the roads around the property. Strange because there are houses selling all the time, even our solicitor was gobsmacked. Anyway worked out for the better as sold for more after. Be aware!!
