Such a great service! Shopped around a few of the big makeover places and kitchen makeover group was by far the best experience. Every part of the journey was well communicated and I am in love with my kitchen now. So happy with the quality!
A professional kitchen makeover installer. We just cannot fault the experience from the first visit of the 3 man technical measuring team to the impressive fitting week. An amazing transformation of our kitchen. Highly recommended.
From the initial contact to the installation I would thoroughly recommend this company. Felt comfort from the first visit, not pushy sales person and kept up to date through whole process. Fitter was amazing, can’t praise enough him enough. The price was the best of all the quotes I had.
Worked for Kitchen makeover group earlier this year self employed.
I enjoyed working with Mark and the rest of the team.
Mark was very supportive, knowledgeable and gave me all the tools for me to be a success in the business.
Unfortunately the role just wasn’t quite right for me. It was a very hard decision, but I knew I had to leave.
I wish Kitchen Makeovers group every success in the future and would use them myself because of the professionalism of the team and quality of the product.
Unreliable is a understatement. Quotes never came. Wasted everyone's time. Please avoid.
Spent time chasing for a quote that never came.
Extremely poor customer service.
I highly recommend The Kitchen Makeover Group. Starting from the first site visit all the way to completion, has been great communication and service. All the workers have been a pleasure to meet and they can never do enough. I had afew quotes, but this company came out the best in price and overall friendliness, not being pushy with the sale. Thank you to everyone involved and we're very happy with our new kitchen 😀
Would Not RecommendMy experience as a self-employed sales agent with Kitchen Makeover Group was extremely disappointing. In my experience, commissions on orders that were still progressing through the pipeline after I left were not paid, despite the work having already been completed to secure those sales.I also felt that management made promises regarding expenses and appointments that were not honoured. The working environment was, in my opinion, unsupportive, and I often felt pressured rather than valued.Anyone considering working for this company should ensure they fully understand the commission terms, payment arrangements, and contractual obligations before committing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Kitchen Makeover Group as an employer.
Odpowiedź od Kitchen Makeover Group
Thank you for your feedback. We take all reviews seriously, however we do not believe this accurately reflects our standard company policies or the circumstances involved.
Kitchen Makeover Group has clear terms in place for self-employed sales agents, including how commissions are processed. Final commissions are reviewed and paid in line with our agreed process, which includes the successful progression and installation of orders, as well as the return of company property.
In relation to the order referenced, the customer raised concerns about the service received and our internal team had to step in to support the customer and restructure the sale.
We also make it clear from the outset that lead volumes can fluctuate and that we cannot guarantee a fixed number of appointments. We do, however, aim to support our sales agents wherever possible, including with a competitive mileage allowance.
We are disappointed to read this review, particularly as we always aim to part ways professionally and fairly. We remain committed to protecting our customers, our team and the standards of our business.
We wish you all the best for the future.
