Really pleased with my purchase
The houses were all in excellent condition and packed very well.
They took a little while to come but they have to come from the Netherlands to the UK and our postal service is slow these days. Also the UK customs stopped them as I ordered quite few but they passed through this check quickly and no further payment was due.
I had a free House of Bols which is very nice in my collection thank you.
I would definately order so more through this company when I am ready

No customer service
Really disappointing interaction with KLM Houses which as a direct result will not be using them again. I ordered 11 and only got 10, one was chipped and a number missing the Gin although they still had the yellow retainer. Very slow with no responses or replacement sorted…did not expect this from KLM particularly as I am a Gold flyer with them.

We directly replied your e-mail of the missing house and the chipped one we replied that we will send a replacement for number 71 and house of Bols, and so we did two days later.
I am sorry to hear you are so disappointed in our service.
But directly after the you took more time because you asked us to ship them differently to avoid any duties and taxes (which we checked for you but do not apply on shipments under 150,-).
I also replied to you via e-mail but did not get any response.
So I hope you can edit your review, Because this is not correct.

With original KLM houses, this can occasionally happen (1%) over time due to evaporation/leakage through the porcelain.
We are glad to hear that the purchase process was good overall.

We are sorry to hear this and understand how frustrating this must be.
We have already contacted you directly and contacted Fedex to look into this.
For your own privacy and security, we kindly recommend not posting your reference number or tracking ID publicly.
Luckily, all our parcels are shipped insured. If the package cannot be found, we will of course send you a new book.
