Is this a scam!?

Is this a scam!? So frustrating.

Ordered quite a few items, which all appeared to be lovely on the website. Paid, all details entered correctly, but after a while they didn’t arrive so I got in touch. Got a generic email to say it arrived (it hadn’t) and check with neighbours etc.

So money gone, no items arrived and just repeated emails. SO FRUSTRATING

I'm sorry to hear that you've had this experience. We completely understand how frustrating it is to place an order, make a payment, and then not receive the products.

Based on your description, it appears that you may have placed your order through a fraudulent website that is not affiliated with us. Unfortunately, there are currently websites active that impersonate legitimate webshops...

We have been unable to find any order in our system that matches the details of your situation. We therefore recommend contacting your bank or payment provider to see whether a chargeback or refund is possible. We also advise reporting the website in question to the relevant authorities.

If you are unsure whether you ordered through our official website, please feel free to send us some additional information and we will be happy to look into it for you.

Mauvaise qualité

Étant attirée par le design de cette marque j’ai commandé plusieurs produit de chez eux sur plusieurs site différents (Connox, made in design, leur propre site &klevering).
Malgré cela à chaque commande seul les produits &K étaient défectueux soit cassés ou de mauvaise qualité (miroir rose avec trace de rayure sur le tour, verre et carafe avec trace dessus, bougie cassés)
Je trouve que au vue du prix ce n’est pas correct tout sur le design mais pas sur la qualité dommage.

Several items arrived broken

Extremely disappointed with the delivery service of &klevering. I ordered several items, including 4 candle holders and a set of 3 candles. 2 candle holders came completely shattered, and one candle, despite being packaged, came broken. Such a disappointment, as the items are beautiful. They should have packed the items much more safely since they are clearly fragile.

Our products are carefully packed before shipment, but unfortunately damage can sometimes occur during transport. Of course, this is not the experience we want our customers to have.

Lightning-fast processing and delivery…

Lightning-fast processing and delivery of the beautiful candle holder, and uncomplicated help with any issues with DPD. The delicate glass objects were very, very well and securely packaged and arrived undamaged, well-padded. I am extremely satisfied and will choose a DPD branch as my delivery address in the future.

Excellent customer service, beautiful product

Bought a replacement lid for my butter float and Mirte from the Klevering helped me out super fast, efficient and friendly. Product is also super pretty and hope it will go with us for a long time. Would definitely buy there again!

bad customer service

I have placed two orders in one month and both times items were missing and not delivered. they just send an email saying: oeps, we don't have it anymore, not honouring the sale or offering an alternative and on top on that when you ask them a question via email they just ignore you if they don't want to answer. very bad service, no respect for their paying customers.

Supersnelle levering & mooi ingepakt

Ze beloven bij Klevering dat wanneer je voor 16:30 besteld de bestelling dezelfde dag nog verstuurd wordt. Ik bestelde om 16:14 en om 16:31 kreeg ik al een melding dat de bestelling was verstuurd. Volgende dag was het binnen in een doos met veel beschermingsmateriaal. De bestelling was bovendien erg fraai ingepakt. Voor mij absoluut een aanrader!
