I purchased a Herman Miller Embody Gaming Chair because it’s unavailable in my country, and it arrived within 7 days of payment. I was initially worried since I don’t often order from abroad, but there were no issues whatsoever. The chair looks completely new with no signs of previous use. Customer service was quick to respond, assured me that returns should be hassle-free, and explained that if any warranty issues arise, I should contact the store directly to handle them. Overall can recommend.

Bought a Herman Miller Embody Gaming chair. First sent an e-mail late in the evening with some questions about shipping, and got a response explaining everything next morning. They said they have it in stock and can send the next day once ordered. Made the order the same evening and the chair was shipped out the next day.

Ordered an embody, quick service, fast delivery. Sven was very helpful with some details in the order. Delivery was sooner than I'd expected. Would definitely do business with them again.

Was hunting for a top tier chair for my home office but was hard to find any official sellers even for new ones in Estonia. And new ones would be a lot more expensive compared to normal prices in Europe. Luckily found Klap.ee site and got a sturdy, refurbished and clean Steelcase Gesture for a decent price. Although still seemed expensive at first but it was about half the price of a new one and I saw that it's the same range that a used Steelcase or Herman Miller chair goes in FB marketplace. So I opted to trust an actual business that even provides a warranty. Sven gladly helped me to try out the different chairs (which used to be impossible in Estonia) and I couldn't be more pleased with the result.
