Team at KJC were professional efficient and delivered exactly what they said they would. I am a collector of silver coins and have dealt with many suppliers over the years and KJC were up there. they even opened the shop early to facilitate my limited time available for collection due to flight times.

The price is more expensive than other company but the Service so bad :
They don't give us to test the gold. To prove that is real gold 999 carats or not. Even I asked but they not giving.
Also didn't weight the gold in front us (buyer).

I bought so expensive gold but they treat me like a pig. I bought gold more than 25.000$ but the gold doesnt have protector.
This service even worse than we buying a fruit in market. We buy a fruit we still weight the fruits so we know how much we buy. But this is buying gold, 1000times more expensive than buy fruits.
They put the picture on their website is totally different with what I got. In the website the gold have a protector and look nice but when I bought and pick up, the gold doest have any protector. They just give me a bag same like we buy fruit in market get a bag.

If I can send picture in here I ll show the different picture in website and the real gold I bought.

Great customer service, polite friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Also a large range of products all competitively priced.

So easy to order and pay for my purchase. Super-fast and secure delivery. Better than expected. I just didn't realise how much the credit card surcharge would cost. Still, paying by debit card meant I could pay quickly and easily to get my package in time for a birthday gift.
