Schreckliche Menschen ich hab ein Kleid über deren Webseite bestellt vor 2 Monaten hab denen ein Tag nach der Bestellung auf WhatsApp nochmals geschrieben weil ich einfach nur mal fragen wollte ob alles geklappt hat mit der Bestellung Rückmeldung bekommen das alles geklappt hat am gleichen Tag nochmals eine Nachricht bekommen das die Farbe die ich bestellt habe nicht mehr produziert wird und ich ich mir ein anderes Kleid aussuchen solle. Wollte aber lieber mein Geld zurück haben mir wurde gesagt das es 15 Werktage dauern würde mir das Geld zurück zu schicken. 15 später immer noch Nix hab denen nochmals geschrieben dann hieß es das man kein Geld zurück schicken würde ins Ausland lang langen hin und her wurde ich unter anderem auf insta inf TikTok blockiert und konnte nur noch über meine Bank an mein Geld kommen noch nie so schlechte Menschen erlebt ehrlich Unterste Schublade was die sich hier erlauben

I even asked them three times before ordering—because I had paid customs fees for non-EU orders before—and they kept assuring me there would be no extra costs. Sadly, that wasn’t true. They only said that to get me to place the order. Don’t order if you are from the EU – there will be high additional taxes and customs fees. When I contacted them after receiving the tax invoice, they acted like they had never said any of that.

Hice el pedido de un vestido precioso, el cual me llegó con retraso de 3 días sobre la fecha indicada. Después de recibir el vestido, me di cuenta que muchos detalles no eran los mismos que salían en la imagen de compra. La manga, que en la web sale en el brazo izquierdo, yo lo recibí con ella en el brazo derecho. La flor que lleva el vestido a la altura de la cintura no coincide con la flor que se ve en la página web, ni en colores, ni en dimensiones. La talla del vestido tampoco es coincidente con la talla real, es mucho más pequeña y la calidad del vestido es nefasta. Les escribo para que me faciliten la etiqueta de devolución para poder enviárselo de vuelta, puesto que solo hay 2 días para poder hacer la devolución y además de que no me la dan, me dicen que haga una etiqueta individual donde no conste que es una devolución de tienda comercial. Tampoco se hacen cargo de ningún pago adicional sobre aduanas o gastos de envío. No facilitan datos apenas. Muy mala experiencia, y muy mala gestión. SON UNOS ESTAFADORES

Je renvoie frais de port 38€ plus frais de douanes 24€
Je vais jamais être rembouser et on ne me retournera jamais les articles !!

Cela fait plus de 10 jours j'ai un suivi à la poste qui me dit que le colis est livré mais eux me disent le contraire.
Les robes m'ont couter 265€

I ordered a dress, they never delivered it, when i asked for a money refund they said that they would help, but have been scamming me for 3 MONTHS. Dont order from them they aren't trustworthy. Every time i ask what happened with getting back my money they ask for my email shortly before their work schedule is over, so they dont actually do anything and have been fooling me for so long.

Habe ein Kleid in L bestellt mir wurde aber M zugesendet. Daher nahm ich eine Retour vor diese kostete mich über 50€ zwecks Zoll! Seit Wochen Kontaktiere ich dieses Unternehmen das einzige was man zu hören bekommt ist das es unter diesem Namen keine Retour gibt!
Telefonisch kann man auch keinen erreichen.
Ich habe das jetzt bei Instagram gemeldet und hoffe das nicht noch mehr Menschen drauf reinfallen.
Schade um die 200€

Worst online experience I’ve ever had!!
The dress I received looked nothing like the picture — neither the size, color, nor material matched!
The worst part is their unfair return policy: they insist on getting the parcel back within 3 business days, and you must cover all international shipping and customs costs, which are more expensive than the dress itself!
I will never buy from them again, and I strongly advise others to stay away!

I ordered a dress for my best friends’s wedding from them! Quick delivery! Nice fabrics and tailoring! The only thing I would recommend is a warehouse in European Union so we can get rid off the customs!

J’ai commandé DEUX robes ! dans le paquet reçu il n’y en avait qu’UNE seule !
( elle n’est pas de très bonne qualité, on peut trouver la même sur SHEIN)

J’ai envoyé un mail demandant si il l’avait envoyé en deux colis ou si c’était une erreur ? ils n’ont jamais pris la peine de me répondre

Et quand je vois les commentaires des autres, je vais pas renvoyer la seule que j’ai parce que à mon avis sinon je vais pas revoir mon argent, on va plutôt la revendre. DÉGOÛTÉ !

On May 5, 2025, I contacted the seller via WhatsApp, which they use as a customer service channel for international orders, to inquire whether the dress had been shipped.

They informed me that the item was out of stock. I asked why they were selling a product that was not available. In response, they advised me to choose a different model. However, the alternatives I selected were also unavailable.

On May 6, 2025, I requested a refund. They responded that the refund process could take up to 15 business days and claimed that a refund request had been initiated.

On May 29, 2025, I followed up as I still had not received the refund. They replied offering to issue a voucher for the amount only if I paid an additional 1,000 Turkish Lira. I refused this offer, as I consider it to be fraudulent behavior.

Mi experiencia es más mala que buena. Antes de realizar el pedido hable con ellos por whatsapp para dudas con la talla, y con aduanas. Me dijeron una talla que me queda ENORME y respecto a las aduanas que no tendría que pagar nada. Me reclaman 30 euros de aduanas. Para proceder a la devolución el envio es de 30 euros más luego lo que me reclamen otra vez gastos aduaneros. Estoy decepcionada con esta página. La mala publicidad que les voy a hacer no lo sabe nadie

Ich habe ein Kleid bestellt und sofort mit Kreditkate bezahlt. Umgehend kam die Antwort, dass das Kleid nicht lieferbar ist und ich ein anderes aussuchen könnte. Das wollte ich nicht. Das Geld habe ich jetzt nach zwei Monaten immer noch nicht zurück.

Terrible experience – sizing way off, lost $250!
I should’ve trusted the bad reviews. I usually wear between size S and M, so I contacted the store before ordering. They assured me that M would fit – but when the dress arrived, it was at least two sizes too small. I would’ve needed an XL just to get something that fits properly, which makes no sense at all.

On top of that, I wasted $250 including customs tax, and now I’m stuck with the dress. If I want to return it, I have to pay for the return myself. And after reading so many comments saying people never got their refunds, I decided it’s not worth the risk.

Totally disappointed. The sizing is wrong, the advice is useless, and customer service clearly doesn’t care. I’ll never order from this store again – and I don’t recommend anyone else does either
