Absolutely terrible software

Absolutely terrible, janky software that should not even be in beta.

Their compliance tools simply do not work.

I was told that they would not prioritize fixing it because it wasn't "worth it" to them.

The moblile app is completely non-functional and hasn't been updated in years.

I do not know how these people can even continue to sell this product.

If you want a soft phone solution that works, do not use Kixie.

Im currently trying to cancel the service, but their support is telling me that our account manager will reach out, and our account manager hasn't responded to dozens of our emails, has not reached out.

The platform is seamless when it comes to our GHL integration, the click to call feature saves me time, and automated logging works exactly as promised. What sets them apart is their customer service. When we have questions, we speak with real, knowledgeable reps who resolve issues on the spot. No endless tickets, no waiting days for a response.

Best investment I've made

I’ve been using Kixie for over a year now, and it’s completely transformed the way my team and I connect with leads and customers. The call quality is crystal clear, and the integration with our CRM is seamless, every interaction is automatically logged, which saves us hours of manual work each week.

The PowerDialer has been a total game changer. Instead of spending time dialing numbers and waiting, I’m able to have back-to-back conversations with prospects, which has dramatically increased my outreach and closed deals. The multi-line option is especially powerful for ramping up activity without burning out.

What really sets Kixie apart is how reliable and user friendly it is. I’ve tried other sales dialers before, and they were either glitchy or overly complicated. With Kixie, everything just works, and their support team is quick, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping us succeed.

Most other systems only allow you to make internet voip calls, but this lets you ring out to your cell from your dialer and talk on true cell calls, which improves call quality. It's like RingDNA, but you don't need salesforce.

Do Not Waste Your Time Or Money!

Our company has used this service for years, and I’ve been asking just as long for us to find a better option. Thankfully, it looks like that may finally happen.

Over time, the quality has declined significantly. Three years ago, the system was manageable. Two years ago, we began noticing more frequent issues, and this year, it's been a daily struggle. Audio settings reset themselves constantly, and support has refused to take responsibility—claiming it's not their issue.

We experience calls with no audio, dropped calls, calls we can’t answer, and terrible connection quality despite strong internet signals. Reports often show inaccurate data, and queue and IVR settings reset without warning. The system routinely shows agents as available in the dialer while listing them as on DND in the queue, forcing constant restarts or reinstalls.

No one on our team has anything positive left to say. We’ve reached out countless times for support, but we’re consistently dismissed. After years of escalating problems, we’ve given up on expecting any resolution.

Seeing similar reviews from other companies only confirms that we’re not alone. We truly cannot wait to move on from this provider.

The call quality with this dialer is the worst

The call quality with this dialer is terrible. I've been using it for almost a year now because my company chose it, but it has been the worst decision they've made in selecting a tool. Having the dialer open disrupts all audio on my computer. The leads can't hear me, and the audio on both sides sounds robotic.

I've tried troubleshooting and followed all the steps their support team provided, but they refuse to address the issues with their own app. It seems like they are unwilling to fix it. The software is outdated, with updates only every six months. The technology they use is very buggy, and their server is quite weak. I have a strong internet connection, but their system shows that the connection is poor, indicating significant problems on their end.

Out of the dozens of dialers I've used in my life, this one is definitely the worst.

Look elsewhere

They used to have a support line. You can never reach anyone at support since they've removed it. I've paid for 2 years, all day today I couldn't even use it because it either glitched and I keep getting a ringing noise whenever I turn my dialer on. Don't bother signing up.

Don't be fool

For the cost, it’s really not worth it. As a basic dialer, it’s okay, but if you're making a high volume of calls, the performance is awful—even their power dialer is full of bugs. I had heard good things, but don’t be fooled. They're one of the few companies that lock you into a contract, unlike most other dialers. Honestly, I have some serious trust issues with this company. Maybe they take your money upfront because they know how bad their dialer really is.

This company is a scam

I spoke with someone initially regarding setting up a free trial. This person promised to train my staff. The company wanted nearly $500 to get started and they charge you months in advance.

I started the free trial and sent them a support ticket three weeks ago. No one responded. I sent another message and guess what, no one responded.

I created another ticket and someone by the name of William answered the phone. When I simply ask why no one responded to my ticket he immediately said I don’t think that we are a good fit for you which was very rude. So I asked him are you saying that just because I asked you why no one responded after I spent several hours trying to set up this business for my agents that you’re telling me that you don’t wanna work with me because you didn’t respond and I am asking for explanation and he said yeah you can say that. He said that he had to go to a meeting and he hung up on me. I called back and guess who answered the phone it was William yet again how convenient so I asked if he was the same person I was talking to that said that they had to go to a meeting and he said that he was I asked to speak with a supervisor and he hung up on me and they have not answered my call. This company is a scam. I do not care what you’ve read. Do not spend your money here You will get taken advantage of and they will not provide you with a response or any service.

The HubSpot integration is seamless, logging calls and reports effortlessly. While past support issues were a pain, recent uptime improvements make it more reliable. Still, at double the price of competitors, it’s a premium pick for click-to-dial needs.

2. Power Line Dialers: Benefits and Drawbacks
Kixie’s power line dialers (four-line, ten-line, and AI options) sync natively with HubSpot lists, offering perks:

- Multi-Dialer Efficiency: Multiple dialers tackle one list without overlap.
- AI Throttling: AI cuts voicemail and IVR connections when active.
- Voicemail Flexibility: Toggling AI suits custom voicemail campaigns.

But flaws drag it down:

- AI Dependency: Without AI, dialers hit voicemails and IVRs constantly, tanking productivity by 80% in my tests.
- Data Sync Issues: Edits in Kixie don’t reflect in HubSpot, forcing platform switches that slow BDRs.

These hiccups limit the dialers’ value, but the spam issue overshadows them.

Kixie’s power line dialers suffer from severe spam problems:

- High Spam Rates: 80% of my calls across 30+ area codes flagged as spam. Dedicated numbers got tagged within a week, even with throttling and registration (e.g., Hiya).
- Costly Fixes: A private tranche runs $500/month for ~300 numbers—unaffordable for small businesses. Swapping numbers costs $5 each, often $20-$30 per “clean” one after multiple tries.
- No Budget Options: Kixie lacks smaller, rotating pools to ease per-number volume.

This makes the dialers unusable for small teams without big budgets.

4. Sales Tactics and Support Concerns
Kixie’s sales and support left me frustrated:

- Trial Pressure: Short trials and deactivation emails push quick buys, feeling manipulative.
- Weak Support: After signing, my rep vanished, and support offered generic links instead of spam fixes.
- Inflexible Contracts: Six-month upfront payments or year-long terms are required. When the product flopped, Kixie wouldn’t adjust licenses or refund me.

Terrible Experience – Overpromised and Underdelivered

We implemented Kixie because we were assured it would meet all our needs, but it has been nothing but a headache. Calls frequently have no audio when picked up, and we are often unable to accept incoming calls at all. Phone numbers have not ported over correctly, causing additional disruptions. On top of that, customer service has been incredibly slow to respond to urgent issues, leaving us stuck without solutions for extended periods. These problems have severely impacted our business, and Kixie has failed to deliver on the promises made during the sales process. If you're considering this platform, beware—it’s been nothing but frustration for us.

It's easy to blame them for 10DLC or carrier limits; they are actually your best friend: I really looked. They are by far the best in the USA: GO KIXIE "LET'S DO THIS!!!!"

At first I was put off by the hoops I had to get through to get the system going. I had paid, I had to wait for certain things like 10DLC. The staff and office bent over backwards for me and my business. I didn't appreciate it as much until after I realized that they are the only dialer in town with actual people working the system. I back walked my initial discontent with wait times, system "seeming glitches" as soon as I learned what was really going on. They are the best, I can't imagine a future in my business without them. Plus they helped me understand how to use their system and get around high volume limits in a way that I know I wouldn't have gotten from any other company.

Lost without Kixie!!!

I connect with my customers so well using Kixie. Texting is the new way to communicate with any and everybody and emails are a thing of the past. Kixie has made this so smooth and the salesforce integration saves me so much time!
