I have been using Kixie for the past 2 years. In my humble opinion, hands down the best multiline dealer in the market.
I don’t wanna bash competitors however here are some of the highlights of why I have consistently used kixie five times a week for the past two years within my sales business
1.) local presence feature. For example, if I’m calling someone in a 403 area code kicky’s technology will match the area code, increasing the likelihood of the customer picking up.
2.) I could dial up to 10 lines at one time if needed making it more efficient.
3.) extremely user-friendly and a clean user interface.
10/10 on my end in full transparency not sure if I’m allowed to mention the competitors I have used so I won’t but rest assured I wouldn’t be spending my hard earned money for 2 years with this company if I didn’t see value

Kixie has made a huge difference for our sales team. The power dialer is fast, reliable, and makes it so much easier to get through call lists without wasting time. I really like how texting is built right in, and everything syncs perfectly with our CRM. Setup was quick, and the support team has always been responsive and helpful. Overall, it’s been a smooth experience and a big boost to our productivity so far. The Connection Boost feature is really cool too.
Customer support is less than par
Customer support is less than par. AI help doesnt give thorough response and chatgtp doesnt match with their settings for CRM integration with LeadConnector/GHL. When requesting a human they say an agent will respond within 24 hours but do not expect that. When requesting cancellation they respond much faster than problem resolution.

Kixie has great tools and features that are easy to use. Two of my favorite features are the ability to leave voicemail drops when calling w/o having to wait for the beep and the instant email notification + listen to recording when a customer leaves a voicemail. Seamless!

The technology this company uses is very advanced, if has saved me money by doing heavy volume in a short amount of time. Packed with features like local area code matching while dialing multiple numbers at a time.

I really don't understand the bad reviews, maybe they've made improvements to the product recently or negative reviews were due to customers having a bad setup or some combination?
This dialer is the best I've ever used for connectivity, due to connection boost, and is a fantastic practical solution at the price point for cold call / outbound dialing. Like I said, I can't understand the bad reviews
Since using these, compared with manually dialing before, and even a couple other dialers we tried using, our productivity and results from cold calling have sky rocketed. In a huge part due to Kixie.
Its been fantastic, hoping it stays that way. Give it serious consideration as an option. Working great for us as a cold calling / outreach call center

Customer service is HORRIBLE
Customer service is HORRIBLE. It took me 2 hours to even BUY the service. We ended up getting to a point where Tiffany had activated my account but not yet moved me to paid. I tested the "Local Presence" dialer for 100 calls. 5% pickup rate.
5%... That is quite literally impossible to scale with. So I go on their site to reach customer support where Tiffany tells me that "support is only for paid customers" I told her I wanted to CANCEL before I become a paid customer, she said Okay, i'll remove you you're all set. and LONE BEHOLD I get an invoice for $145 on my card a few days later. I go to try to cancel and get a refund, I've sent 6 emails and gotten responses all trying to dodge the elephant in the room.
Now to the product. The dialer itself works, it makes phone calls. that is it. It is not fast, or efficient, or beautifully designed. It simply exists. With all the money they must make from trying to lock you into contracts for their crap service you would think they might be able to improve it. Nope. Doubt they tried.
The website backend is also very hard to get around and navigate. You can tell they have put very little effort into making anything useful or valuable, or easy to access. LITERALLY NOTHING.
Now I don't want to just complain I want to literally offer advice to the leadership here: Log out of your kixie account and go on your site as a "secret shopper" and try to purchase your own product. Go through the user experience you have created. Indulge yourself in the several wasted hours of life and really just fully feel the steam of frustration exiting your nostrils as you realize that it takes 35 mins to talk to a human rep, 2.5 hours to pay the company, and it's virtually impossible to refund / cancel. Take some notes and improve it. It will make it easier to sleep at night, it will improve your reviews and employee quality of life, etc.
I believe from a business perspective it is literally EASIER to fulfill on a good by every measurable metric. If you are unable to do this with your current product, change the product. You could very well screen the people trying to use your service so numbers don't all get marked as spam, you could find a way to make buying like 5 numbers and registering them with free caller registry an easy process for your customers (most wont know that thats a free thing, upcharge convenience)
You could do about a million things to improve customer experience at Kixie. I would argue it would be more difficult to make my experience with this product any worse though. Take notes and do better.

I gave one star because the customer service was terrible. The company has potential, but they need to get the basics right.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would.
I was a loyal customer for nearly five years, and unfortunately, the experience deteriorated year after year. Hidden fees became more common, and customer service—when it was even available—offered little to no real help.
On multiple occasions, my account was wrongfully charged $663, not just once, but over ten times. Each time, I had to fight with customer support to recover the funds. I was told it was a "system glitch" and that it wouldn’t happen again—but it did. Repeatedly.
The most shocking part? I once called their customer service line, and the person who answered actually asked, “How did you get this number?” That pretty much sums up the level of professionalism you can expect.
This company has proven to be dishonest and disorganized from the top down. I genuinely regret ever subscribing to this service. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
Scam
Worst experience ever with this Kixie scam. I think they are a total scam, and the time contract is the only way for them to make money.
90% of their numbers are being marked as spam. I tried cancelling my service after the first month and they keep on charging me for 6 months. Don't answer the calls.
