Where is my order placed on the 11/8/2023 I have had no confirmation on this order number 2656/110823/65 no information regarding delivery date. Kitchen Craft customer service is like trying to find a needle in a haystack ...please read this kitchen craft and reply.. thank you

The handle on my new La Cafetière Pisa cafetière snapped off. I contacted Customer Services late on Sunday and received a reply first thing the next day which was impressive. Even more impressive was that I was informed a new handle would be on its way to me pronto! Can’t beat that for brilliant customer service!

Product arrived very quickly and as per description. Unfortunately the trigger broke at first use. I contacted the customer care, which in less than 1 working day sent me a replacement unit, UK to Italy. Thank you for the support.

Absolutely top notch customer service from the company in dealing with a LaCafetiere product ordered via Amazon. Quick query of product type and where purchased as order number provided on their web form. All sorted and confirmed within less than a few days (3 days from original web form! -with back and forth on email), and a full replacement ordered FOC to an address of my choosing. Great timely responses, friendly and prompt. Only reason for 4 stars is that there aren't replacement parts (which was the request) for all products to be sent instead from a sustainability point of view. The majority of products DO have replacement parts on their website though. Thanks to Marcus from the CS team! 5 stars for him!

Bought a masterclass casserole dish via Amazon a few years ago and used it so often its non-stick surface went. I contacted Kitchencraft as a last resort as I bought the pan with a lifetime guarantee and 5 year non-stick surface warranty. Excellent customer service, no quibbles at all, totally lived up to the warranty. New replacement pan being delivered. Very happy with the service and now can get back to cooking with my favourite pan.

Having had an issue with a replacement glass beaker not fitting my La Cafetière teapot, I have received an excellent 5 star customer service from Marcus who couldn’t do enough to help resolve my problem. It is so refreshing to have a positive customer service and I will not hesitate to continue buying from them. Thank you Kitchen Craft and especially Marcus :)

I had an issue with a Artésa mini cheese knife set which i recieved as a wedding present. Upon opening i found that we had 2 of the cheese slice knives and were missing the pointy parmesean knife. I contacted Kitchencraft and a very helpful chap named Marcus came to my aid. I explained my issue and he has arranged for a replacement knife to be sent. Cant fault the wonderful customer service. Would have hated to to explain to the sender of our gift that we had an incomplete set and Marcus made this experience a very pleasant. Thank you so much. Definitely would recommend this company

I had a problem with a Masterclass digital thermometer, which I had purchased elsewhere and was over 4 years old. I asked for assistance to get it repaired and was told that the model was due to be discontinued and was offered a free replacement of any one of their range. Amazing!

I had a problem with a piece of Masterclass bakeware, my email to the company was quickly answered and a replacement sent and received within a few days. Excellent customer service.

Had a fairy minor fault with one of their products purchased (in fact a chopping board) which I brought to the attention of their Customer Services team.
Customer Services were brilliant and replaced the item very quickly and without question.
I would have no hesitation in using this company again.

I had a problem with a product and so I emailed. This was replied to in less than 24 hours and more information was requested. A replacement product was then organised making the whole process very quick and pain free!

Bought a knife block set some years ago now and they are great quality, however wear and tear took its toll and I asked where I could get replacement items. Marcus replied promptly and organised replacement items without issue or fuss. An excellent service and product, I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase more items from this company. Very Happy 😊

Outstanding Customer Service. A lot of companies could learn a lot from this experience! By return response to my email and replacement products arranged without quibble. I hasten to add the faulty product was 9 months old! Well done Kitchen craft and a special thanks to Marcus.

I bought a wine corkscrew set several ears ago, and unfortunately, whilst the items are solid and of good quality, the cog mechanism broke, so I emailed the company as it had a 25 year guarantee, and was assisted by Marcus. After providing evidence of the issue, I was sent a new corkscrew very quickly, and it has worked fine for a few more years until the corkscrew element began to slip and was unable to fully extract the cork. I emailed the company again, and provided proof of my replacement item being sent, being the one that had just broken. I very soon had a reply and it was from Marcus again - he asked for some photos to evidence the issue and within 3 or so days a new corkscrew had arrived. I would highly recommend this company as their products are great, I've just been unlucky with mine, and importantly when something does go wrong it is fixed straightaway with no inconvenience to the customer. Excellent customer service by Marcus, thank you once again.

Their products are excellent. When something went wrong, Their response has been prompt and fast. They acknowledged the problem and offered a replacement very courteously and without any hassle. This what I call 5 star customer service. Great company
