Asmaa at Kinzy London was absolutely amazing. My fiancé and I had visited quite a few jewellers while trying to find the right ring, but as soon as we walked into Kinzy and met Asmaa, we knew this was a completely different calibre of place.

Her honesty, guidance and patience helped us find the perfect ring, and the whole process was incredibly smooth. From regular WhatsApp updates on the progress of the ring to quick adjustments and thoughtful feedback, everything felt seamless and genuinely personal.

It really was a 10/10 experience, and we could not recommend Kinzy London highly enough.

P.S. They have their own workshop, which is such a brilliant perk. We have already benefited from it, with a ring size adjustment completed in just 40 minutes. Amazing service from start to finish.

After popping into various jewellers in Hatton garden I was feeling a tad underwhelmed.
I was looking for a jeweller I felt I could trust with the repair of my wife’s engagement ring.
A very helpful jeweller pointed me to Kinzy..
Well I could labour on about what an absolute Gentlemen Munsif Kinzy is himself and the knowledge he bestowed upon me during our time together, and the fact that most jewellers in Hatton garden use him to have repairs and alterations done, but I won’t…
What I will say is he did an absolute first class repair on a very old engagement ring for me, replacing all 8 claws, repairing where the old ring had become weak rubbing up against my wife’s wedding ring, and completely refacing the mount.. was an amazing repair! All within 1 week…
I haven’t felt as relaxed and as sure about anyone in recent times as I did in his store…
I have no affiliation with Munsif what so ever, never met him before in my life, and I have to say my biggest misgiving is trusting people, which is why my wife’s ring sat in the safe for 2 years until I felt I could trust the right jeweller to repair it.
You would be doing yourself a huge Mis-giving if you did not at the very least pop into see this guy.

I had a delightful experience with KinzyLondon. I went in a loose ring and was told it could not be fitted due to the customization. Imagine my surprise when I walked in after getting it cleaned to a fitted ring complete with the customization and at no cost too!
