Ordered a Shaun of the dead steelbook at the end of November for release at the beginning of December and still have nothing. The owner deletes comments on social media. He did reply to me once in January on the (now closed) facebook page and told me it would be shipping on the 16th of the month. Obviously nothing arrived and I have to do a charge back through my bank. I will be reporting to any and all credit and consumer reporting agencies. 100% a scam

I ordered Batman Begins Once Click Steelbook on 8/10/2024 and have received nothing from KoS other than lies and unfulfilled promises. I have reported his company to PayPal and my bank as well as every credit and consumer reporting agency. AVOID this vendor!!!

Pre-ordered Beetlejuice Beetlejuice steelbook in September 2024. The steelbook was released in the first week of December 2024. Contacted KofS via email and Instagram. No response or acknowledgement. Managed to get my money refunded via PayPal dispute process. Avoid.

Do not order from this company no matter how good and attractive the pricing.

They do not dispatch their items, I ordered the Terminator 4k steelbook before Christmas. I subsequently inquired when it would be dispatched, and they stated it will be around November and the tracking number will be sent out.

No tracking information was provided, so having waited for over 2 months, I have requested a refund but no response from either email or FB messages.

Pre-ordered item never came. Took my payment but nearly one year later haven´t gotten it. Won´t respond to several e-mails either. Avoid this company!

Pre Ordered item emailed to cancel no reply whatsoever not even a bot confirmation. Happy to take your money. Have no button to click to cancel like Zavvi or Amazon. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid at all cost! Purchased (preordered) a custom steelbook he was promoting at the beginning of 2024. Ordered and paid. Still have the confirmation email. Months later, no updates. The order and product are nowhere to be found of the website. Contact him multiple times through e-mail, instagram and Facebook Messenger. Only got 1 response saying another company took over production and I should contact them. The "other company" is also his and the product is nowhere to be found on that website as well.

I'll never see this steelbook and I won't even see my money back. Do NOT order from this guy!

Avoid like the plague.
Pre-payment authorisation was taken in full, for items not in stock (pre-order).
Items have since been reduced in price.
No items have been shipped. (items are in stock)
No response to emails sent.
By far the worst on-line experience I have ever had and that's saying something when you have the likes of Zavvi around!

This guy has no integrity whatsoever.
Takes customers money, cancels orders but only announces the issue on Facebook, doesn't contact customers directly, doesn't issue refunds so customers have to go through PayPal to get their money back, ignores all customer correspondence.
At the same time he asks for funding for his'projects' and continues to encourage customers to invest in his dreams of becoming a 'premium edition retailer'......
This guy should be avoided at all costs due to his shady behaviour...

Took my money at the start of December, for a pre-order that was quoted at being released in mid December. After 2 months of waiting I started sending emails and contacting them through their website. All of these were ignored. After 3 months I had to get PayPal to get my money back. Still no word from this extremely rude seller. Not even a sorry we couldn't get your item. Be careful with this website, pretty sure they just want to hang onto your money until you either forget or try and claw it back off them.
