I was really hopeful for this product but it didn’t work for me. I think the brace would have fit. But the strap wasn’t attached and was too complicated for me to put on by myself. Plus I thought the ice pack was supposed to be smaller to fit inside the brace somehow. It wasn’t and wasn’t sure how that would work. The company service was very helpful with anything I needed at least! And sending it back cost me way too much since it’s to Canada and I’m from the USA! Plus, I won’t get my refund back because of their 30 day policy. By the time the brace came to me, I tried it and send it back it takes way too long to stay within the 30 days, especially when bad weather delays it. Yes it was my choice to try it but would have been nice to know sending it back would have been out of the country and if I would’ve known a few more details about the product itself. Then I wouldn’t have lost too much money 😔

Initially they double charged me for the brace,when I queried the charge they reversed it claiming that it was for the instructions to use the product! Then the brace never arrived.I requested a refund but was told I can only get a refund if I return the product which I never received!I also believe this is a scam

1) ordered the shoulder brace with “free guide) and they then sneakily added a £28per month subscription for the guide!

2) finally got the brace and it’s useless. Offers no support or relief at all. No better than a £3 one off of Temu!

3) approached for a refund as they say they offer 30 money back guarantee- however they want me to post it back from the UK to Canada at my own expense!

Seems to be one big scam and they know most people won’t bother returning as it will cost almost as much to send it back and probably won’t get the refund either!

I did not sign up for a subscription to anything but I was charged for one. Apparently they have a hidden subscription in the final payment part of an order

Returned item to canada at half the cost as they don't do returns labels. This was over 1 month ago still no refund im now 67 pounds out of pocket. Zero customer service. Had I knew I was buying from a Canadian company with so poor service I wouldn't have bothered. Avoid total cowboy outfit, I'm having to raise a case with PayPal now to retrieve my money.

This is close to a scam. Product did not work for me and when it came the time to send back the product for a full refund, it is impossible. A certain Jessica R. Form Customer Service respond back to you to a link on their website about refund, she gave an address in NFLD that else do not exist or its a postal box and Canada Post won’t ship it unless I have the postal box. Tried multiple times to get the postal box and thy are not replying anymore since I need the postal box. I will call my credit card and try to cancel this fraudulent behavior. Trust me, don’t use these product and try Anaconda Fightwear stuff which not only is a better product, but customer service is real and great and its a real company.

I ordered one of these shoulder braces before I saw all of the reviews. I honestly tried to cancel 20 minutes after ordering. Sent messages, tried to call. I called my credit card. So what do we do? It’s ridiculous that you can’t trust anything anymore.

Ordered shoulder harness. Was not what i expected. Product was flimsy and provided no support whatsoever. Returned the product in December to the address they provided in Canada, $25 shipping. Have yet to get product & shipping refund, after many emails. Do not do business with this company. The product and service are horrible

awful product - flimsy and difficult to fit. Also they took a second payment without authorisation. awaiting refund but not hopeful. Scam company.

I purchased the shoulder brace and ice pack and was given a “free” Shoulder Health guide. Unbeknownst to me because of very little fine print, the guide was a monthly subscription for the guide ($56/mth). For a 6-page guide. I complained and received only a 1 month refund (got dinged for 2 months). Very deceptive and misleading,

My order went through quickly.
End of December.
Item arrived in about a week.
Shoulder brace works fine.
No issues.
BUT.
A month later they have taken another load of money out of my account.
I did not authorise this and haven't bought anything else.
I can only think that they are scamming me for some sort of membership.
I don't recall reading about or ticking any boxes to say I wanted this.

My back has declined the payment and blocked this company from taking anymore money.

Scam. Never shipped product. Won’t respond to explain where the shoulder braces are. Trying to get refund through AMEX.

I ordered 2 shoulder harnesses from the company. I received a message from the Post office saying my order is being held for insufficient postage. I contacted the company twice to inform they. After waiting weeks I cancelled the order. They have only given me a partial refund and are not answering my emails. I can't rate the product but I can definitively say that their customer service is horrible. How do you mail an order out without paying the proper postage? Why are you incapable of sending a full refund. Stick to ordering shoulder brace from Amazon. At least you know you can return the product and get your money back.

Honest portrayal. Reasonable price. Fast shipping. Easy ordering process. It's provided my frozen shoulder with the support it needs.

J’ai commandé l’epauliere et j’ai trouvé le suivi et la communication avec Kinetix Gear top. Personnellement ça s’est bien passé.

This brace was a complete waste of money and did absolutely. Fit is like a bad halloween costume, there is no shoulder or arm fitting, so you look like a lopsided hunchback. No support or benefit even if the fit was bad, seriously no chance of wearing under clothing, all the pictures are airbrushed. I wish i had read the reviews before as its an awful product, awful company, and awful customer service.

When I tried to return it, I found out that despite shipping from Houston, Texas, the company requires returns to be sent to Canada at an outrageous cost. The company was dismissive, unhelpful, and clearly unconcerned with customer satisfaction. It feels like their entire return process is designed to discourage people from sending products back. Awful product, awful company, and awful customer service.

I ordered some shoulder braces. Also some gloves. They sent me size "S" gloves, maybe would fit a child. Also they charged me $39 for a guidance book that was suppose to be free with my order. They did reimburse me that. However, the braces did not work at all. So full guarantee right?? I asked for the return address to ship them, which was Ontario CA. Jessica gave me a Canada return address?? cost to ship back was $43.55. Talk about a RIP off?? Why didn't I get the CA address to return it to. and come to find out, they have a main corporate building in Wyoming? Please, spare yourself some misery. Go on Amazon if you want to try these out. Return fee should have been no more than $6 being under 2 lbs. And I never did get the free guide book, which I sent it all back, including the tiny gloves. Ridiculous, pathetic and that is not 100% return guarantee. More like take advantage, charge more and I will file fraud if I do not get my $90 back. They should do the right thing and reimburse me back mostly for that outrageous return fee. I never used them. Got a pack of two. I tried it on, and the strap would not stay in place. Did I get conned all the way around.

This business is a scam. I paid to get the shoulder brace, they state they have a 30 day return policy. I am in the process of trying to figure out how to do this return. In the meantime, they charged me an additional $39. On Christmas Day. I had already paid for the braces they were delivered. They have my payment card information and are randomly charging me. Do not do business with these people.
