Quick and very accommodating service and a great product.

Jusqu’à présent, j’étais extrêmement satisfait de Kimai, auprès de qui nous avons acheté nos deux alliances ainsi que ma bague de fiançailles. La qualité des bijoux et le service ont toujours été à la hauteur de nos attentes.

Malheureusement, notre expérience récente concernant la mise à taille de l’alliance de ma femme a été plus décevante. Les bijoux ayant été achetés en ligne, sans possibilité de les essayer au préalable, nous avons dû demander un ajustement de taille après réception. Alors que cette prestation était annoncée comme gratuite pour l’alliance, il nous est aujourd’hui demandé plus de 100 € pour effectuer cette modification.

Je recommande donc aux futurs acheteurs d’être particulièrement vigilants lors du choix de la taille, surtout dans le cadre d’un achat en ligne.

Malgré cette mauvaise expérience, la qualité des bijoux reste excellente, mais ce point mérite selon moi d’être pris en compte avant de passer commande.

I initially was quite disappointed in not being able to return the item, but Kimai were king to reach out with a genuine interest in my feedback and with a clarification on that a return was possible. It was a small error on the product page, that has since been corrected, which was the cause of my understanding that the item could not be returned - it can!

I can only write that the following conversation with Kimai has been very positive and helpful. I am very pleased and happy with their customer service and service in general.
Will probably consider purchasing from them again in the future, as they have so many pretty items!

I would strongly encourage you to read everything on the product page you are considering buying before making the purchase!!!
I ordered a simple duo stud and had to contact the store as it was in no way made obvious that this item was “made to order”. Not that I do not think that is great but please make it clear to me before I pay 300 EUR and have to wait 8 weeks for the one stud.
Now it is finally here and the fit is terrible BUT because I did not read everything in detail before making my purchase, as the website does not assist you in making this clear, I now can’t return it (because apparently a basic stud is made to order and will never fit any other ear - yeah..) and would have to pay a fee for having the stud fitted - it does not even fit my ear as it is overly long… worst use of 300 EUR.
Perhaps I am just too used to advantageous customer returns, but all this just resulted in me never buying from Kimai again and strongly discouraging others from doing the same online - maybe the store experience is better but I live in DK, so not possible for me..

Stop destroying earth for gold, diamonds and so on. Stop mine them, just create them all in labs. This is what kimai does. Do the right choice as I did.

I am in love with the Unity necklace. Kimai jewelry never disappoints. This is my fifth purchase from them and absolutely love it. I requested for a fast tracked shipment and they delivered.

I sent my necklace back to Kimai for a repair and modification. The service was first class. The Kimai team were responsive, efficient and very friendly. Luna was amazing, and everything was done swiftly and successfully. Thanks to the team in Antwerp for their outstanding service.

Okay so let me just say that as a woman who always sticks to good old fashioned diamonds, I wasn't sure a lab grown diamond would look or feel quite the same to me, I was worried when ordering a special made engagement ring because you can only get an idea of what its gonna look like, it came out AMAZING!! If you have any hesitations about buying from this company, put them to rest, the quality and craftsmanship put into their jewelry is first class all the way. Id also like to compliment the customer care and assistance along the way. They are with you through the entire process if you need them. I would give them more than 5 stars if could. Stunning amazing and beautiful is all I have to say!

When placing my order Kimai confirmed delivery in time for Christmas. Despite several conversations with Sidney and her staff and their assurances delivery would be achieved it was not.
They had my money what did they care!
