Was in the store in Emmet Place Cork today, I have the say the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Asked for their names and they replied The Two Momas, it’s so refreshing to be meet such nice friendly retail staff nowadays. Keep up the good work ladies

I was a little hesitant when ordering. I was worried about the delivery which turned out great. I had purchased the sweater in a different color when I was in Ireland the end of August. I like it so much that I decided to order another one. I am so happy I did. You cannot beat the workmanship on this beautiful sweater. Everything turnout perfect.

The item was delivered quickly.
I needed to return it to the shop. No hassle and the money was in my account quickly too.

I didn't like the fact I couldn't cancel order as I had ordered wrong colour in error, I contacted customer service before despatch. It was a longer process. I had to wait for item to be delivered then had to return it & re order correct colour, to be fair refund did come through quickly.

I’ve been shopping in Kilkenny Design ever since I was a graduate student at Trinity College in the ‘80s. I went into Kilkenny Design to buy an Irish present for friends who are moving abroad. I chose a ceramic piece and asked if they could give me a box for it. I was told a box would cost an extra €4 (I only wanted a plain box to protect it, not a gift box). I bought the box and when the item was wrapped I was handed the box, no offer of a bag to carry it in. I realise we pay for carry bags these days, most shops sell them for 15-30 cent, but I think when you’ve spent a substantial amount, and extra for a wrapping service one didn’t even want, throwing in a free paper bag would be a non-brainer. The service was not particularly friendly, I felt like a bother to the “overworked” shop assistants. Not a great experience, I won’t be rushing back.

Good product but extremely bad delivery & customer service. I was hipping a product to US, had paid extra for faster delivery but the delivery date for still missed by a few days. When I mailed/called i was just informed that they can't help it, there would be no refund of delivery fee as it's not their headache. Even calling did not help. Not ordering from the again.

I have ordered multiple times from your company. I tend to get my Orla Kiely products, mostly handbags from Kilkenny. I have ordered other products in the past as well. I am happy with your company, I just wish you carried more variety of Orla Kiely handbags. I tend to only buy them from your site, but see that she has others that are out that you don’t carry. So, more variety is my only suggestion. Thank you for listening.
