Kilkenny had a great selection of Irish items and I was able to find a perfect gift. I was very impressed by the speed of service. My item was exceptionally well-packed and arrived much faster than I anticipated.

I was very disappointed I ordered 3 products from a brand and there was a free gift with that purchase but the free gift didn’t arrive when i emailed I was told all free gifts were gone but offer was still available according to the website
That to me is not acceptable if not available it should have been taken down from the website

My order was shipped straight away, I received it 2 days after placing the order so I was delighted. Received updates of its status. It was well packaged so came to me in perfect condition.

Sad to see the café in Kilkenny so user unfriendly nowadays. Staff very glum, not a smile to be seen. Food is served like a conveyor belt.

Still have not received my package. Wasn’t notified by the shipper that there was an extra fee with.

Love ordering through Kilkenny. Jellycat is authentic with tags and just what I’m looking for. The little free gifts are a nice surprise and very generous. The wrapping is protective and the shipping is fast. Highly recommend!

They were send very soon.

I placed an order on the 4th of May but did not receive any tracking info so I emailed to enquire on the 8th of May. I received an email back on the 11th of May informing me that one of the products I ordered was out of stock and my order would be sent that week. I waited until the 26th of May as I still had not received my order and it was passed the agreed upon time. I emailed again and received an email that day saying again that it was out of stock but that it had been dispatched on the 26th of May. My order was finally delivered on the 28th of May, 24 days after ordering which is unacceptable, especially within Ireland. I was not offered a refund or partial refund even though this was far beyond the timeframe my order was promised.

I was very impressed with the quick shipping and the beautiful packaging and box that the necklace arrived in. The photos on the website were very clear and my high expectations were met.

Loved the earrings as a gift for a friend. Quick and reliable. Beautiful set would purchase here again

Excellent quality product arrived in perfect condition and fast delivery!

I purchased on 11 May, items were shipped on 12 May. However delivery was only made on 19 May despite website indication of 2/3 days for delivery in Republic of Ireland. Package did not have my address, just the Eircode. I did send an email about the poor service on 26 May, no acknowledgment received.

In store staff are always so lovely and online shop is great too
