I ordered a lot of products from KIIERR International I have received all my products I live in Australia I had a query and I received a reply straight away the products I started using at the moment is the hair brush does wonders I will slowly start using the cap I appreciate all the help from the staff and replying all my queries thank you very I appreciate all your help

On April 11th 2023 I got a brain operation done, where they removed a benign ( good) tumor of 6.5 cm x 5 cm out of my little head.
It started with vision loss in my right eye. I could only see about 5-10%. After an MRI of the head, they discovered this “little friend” living in my head, which was pressing on my R optical nerve, and because of that, I was losing vision!
No panic!! I had an amazing team of doctors and nurses who took care of me.
What was supposed to be a 6 hour operation, turned into an 8h 20 min operation from the time of incision.
The neurosurgeon told me that I might have a few issues after the operation, of which my hair not being able to grow back where they cut me open in the hairline, from L ear to R ear.
Long story short….. God had other plans….Where I was supposed to stay 5-7 days in the hospital, and of that 1 day ICU, turned out that I stayed 2 days in ICU and I was strong enough to go back home!! I wasn’t allowed to wash my hair in the beginning. Later on with only Johnson and Johnson baby shampoo and conditioner. No coloring of the hair…
Weeks went by and I recovered pretty quickly.
But all of a sudden, I noticed a lot of loss of hair. Losing hair in huge bundles….! I got scared and in a panic mode….
Even worse, when my friend asked me if I was losing hair….
I asked how she knew, and she said that there was a huge “hole” in the back of my head with no hair.
So I started to investigate what I could do to help myself!!
One of my neighbors was sharing with me, that she was selling these LED light brushes in her salon and with great results.
Knowing myself…. I started to investigate many different products and why one product to say yes to and run from the next one.
So I ended up on Kiierr.com, after my research.
I was happy to find out that Kiierr had Medical grade Laser in the helmet, and that was what I was looking for!!
I bought one and started to use it every day.
Honestly…. I would wear it a few time longer, after the 7 min beep told me that it was time to take it off.
Now the volume slowly came back. What I mean with that is, that you could pretty much see through my hair, like a sheer curtain hanging.
Now there is some volume back. Not where I want it to be yet…. But I know it will get better, after seeing from where I came from!
I wished there was something that I could use to make it grow faster and longer, because I had to cut it a lot shorter, because of the way it looked….
I miss my long curly hair…. And can’t wait to get the curls and length back!!
But if you want to know if this really works…. Don’t ask…. You know the answer already, after sharing my story with you!

Do not buy from this company. They sell products that are never in stock and expect you to wait months and hope you forget! They never keep you up to date on status of orders and their customer service is abominable! Every reply is less than 5 words and unhelpful or lies! Stay away from Kiier you can get these supplements from another vendor easier and cheaper on Amazon and actually get the product!

Great product, great price point. Also, the warranty does not require several registration steps upon receiving the laser cap

I order the hat and it was allegedly delivered. I never got my package. I tried talking to customer service. They won’t talk to you over the phone. Only email and they pretty much brushed it off. I lost around $700.
Never got a replacement or a refund.
Do NOT waste your money.
Get your cap from a different company.

I received my Kiierr cap just this week so I have only used it twice. I received a personal message after ordering thanking me for my order and letting me know the company was available for any questions or concerns. That was unexpected and very nice. I am looking forward to seeing some new hair growth over the next few months.

The hair cap has helped so much with hair growth. I have lots of baby hairs, so I know it is working. The Kiier cap is as good as Rogaine only much easier to use (and less messy). I would totally recommend the hair cap for hair growth. Also, the customer service from Jami is always 5 stars/excellent!!! :)

This has been a great addition to my beauty routine. As a woman in my late forties, I purchased the cap when I noticed patches of thinning hair which made me feel very self-conscious. I tried other topical products, but they didn't do much. I have been using the Kierr cap for around 4-5 years now, I have noticed I have more even hair growth in the areas that concerned me (temples and top of head). I feel much more confident. Customer service has been great also for anything I needed to reach out for.

I purchased Kiierr 270 MD and the Kiierr face mask in early July (living in BC Canada) and received them in about 10 business days. It was all smooth and easy. I've been using them for about two weeks, and expecting to see initial results in 4-5 months.

After only 2 weeks of the Kiierr premier laser cap, I noticed decreased shedding and my hair/scalp feeling stronger and healthier. I am so excited to have found a treatment option that works for female pattern hair loss!

I purchased a 'reconditioned' cap which was nearly $600. It worked fine for almost a month, but then started to malfunction. It was easy to get response to questions from Kiier, but battery replacement was $25. I was unhappy that it worked for such a short time period, although it does seem effective in slowing hair loss

It's been 6 weeks and I am noticing a difference. I can't wait what 7-8 months will look like. The major thing is being consistent, I have the 272 cap which is every other day. This was my last ditch effort before coming to terms with I am going to lose my hair. I wish I would have done this before the noticeable balding. Trust the process: Kiierr!

I'm a 68 yr. old woman and a few years ago noticed my hair had thinned a lot on the top, which was upsetting as I always had nice hair. My friend owned a hair salon and told me that laser therapy can help to grow hair. So, I researched the internet and decided on the Kiierr Laser cap. I started using it in June 2020 and followed the directions of 30 minutes every other day. After a few months I noticed some new growth and kept using the cap. Now, it's been 5 years using it and I've been very satisfied with the results. I recommended it to my sister, she bought one and is also happy with it.

I bought their 272 cap at the start of the year and my hair is already back to where i wanted it to be. And it’s been so easy incorporating it into my routine. I just wear it while I check my phone on the couch at night

Their light therapy face mask was the best one I’ve ever tried…and I’ve tried them all! Super lightweight and breathable; felt like a celebrity getting their at home pamper treatment while using this! Definitely recommend!

Wow! My husband has been using this red light therapy cap religiously! He even brought it with him on vacation. That’s how easy and portable this is to use. We think we are starting to see results but it’s still early stages. Consistency is definitely key with red light therapy! I have gotten some absolutely incredible results from my red light therapy mask, so we have no doubt that we will see hair growth in the future! What an incredible company!

It’s costly, but it’s a purchase that lasts a long time—mine for four years now—and Kiierr is a responsive company if there are any issues. I definitely recommend this product and love my new hair.
