Service client très dévoué
Suite à un problème complexe et peu commun qui empêchait l'installation de mon pack Office 2024, M. Cilia a pris le temps de m'aider pendant 4 heures pour résoudre le problème. Malgré quelques soucis de communication au tout début, la prise en charge qui a suivi a été irréprochable. Je tiens à remercier M. Cilia pour son implication et sa disponibilité sur un problème qui n'était pas lié au produit vendu par Keys Express. Bien que l'installation ait été plus compliquée que prévu, tout fonctionne à présent et je suis satisfaite de mon achat !

Le fichier ISO ne doit pas être gravé : sous Windows, il suffit de double-cliquer dessus pour le monter, puis de lancer l’installation en suivant le guide fourni. Notre équipe d’assistance est également disponible pour vous accompagner jusqu’à la résolution complète du problème.
