Keto Go

Once you sign on the is literally nowhere to unsubscribe. Now this month there are 2 charges showing up.I'd love to take them to court, but thet're foriegn.

SCAM alert-I paid via paypal for a 6 month plan, I thought I had canceled the subscription but they charged me anyway today. This time, I canceled the automatic payment on paypal.

This app is a scam. It shouldn't be on the app store.

ACHTUNG BETRUG!!!!!
Die buchen trotz Kündigung immer wieder ab.

Wie schon etliche male mitgeteilt reine Abzocke! Bloss Finger weg!

I have been charged twice, even though I only authorized one payment. Customer Service has informed me that they will not issue a refund. I did not subscribe to anything. ID 11021652.

Truffa

Worst service. It has been one month I am sending them to cancel my subscription the very same day i purchased. I am only getting a reply that they will reply. After that my money got deducted 7 times.

Scam, Scam, double scam. I tried to cancel my membership and they kept me going round in circles.

When l thought l had cancelled a month before apparently l hadn't, which was absolute rubbish.

I then tried to get in touch with them and they said they had it with their team. Never got a response so took it to Paypal and when they did respond they said they could not refund me because l had taken it to Paypal. Well finally got an answer from Paypal and they will not refund my money because it apparently was a legal transaction.

Stay away from them big time. The whole app is designed to take your money with just one click before you even agree to anything!!!!

The app provides false information about what data and features are accessible on the basic paid plan. Access is far more limited than advertised. Cancelling the subscription is unnecessarily difficult, and despite cancelling, charges continued to be taken. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I would not recommend this app.

SCAM WARNING SCAM!!!
On signing up for the 7 day plan, deduction of €39 (monthly subscription) was still made. In the app only recepies, everything else (training tipps) is extra. Very difficult to cancel. Do not register and DO NOT give your credit card details!

I canceled my subscription after i paid only to use the app for 7 days, and they still took my money. They have been trying to delay my case with refund as much as possible, not giving me any details when will I get it back.
Stay away!
