eigentlich möchte ich NULL Sterne vergeben.
Kein Eingehen auf Immunkrankheiten, keine Allergien, Rücktrittsrecht und Widerruf sind nicht möglich, weil sich einfach niemand mehr meldet.
Im Vorfeld hatte ich extra den "Help" kontakiert, wegen Allergien, etc. "Ja, selbstverständlich... Sie können Lebensmittel ausschließen...bla bla bla". Allgerien beruhen nicht immer auf Lebensmittel. Schon alleine die Aussage des Supports, wie auch die Versprechen auf Facebook zeigen eine betrügerische Geldmasche, keine wirkliche Hilfe mit tollen Rezepten. Im Übrigen bekommt man auch nicht mehr als Rezepte für den "tollen Preis". Selbst den Support ind er App Kontaktieren, nennt sich dann Chatten mit Ernährungsberatern. Ja, neee, ist klar. 1. Wenn man das tun möchte, kostet das extra und 2. sind das dämliche KIs. Die App und die ganze Firma ist das wirklich letzte, was Menschen, die Hilfe suchen, brauchen können. Betrüger!

Paypal macht aus irgendeinem Grund auch noch mit. Der Fall wurde zugunsten des Verkäufers geschlossen, KEIN GELD zurück. Begründung:

Do not get sucked into the rip off company. I joined and ever since I have not been able to stop them from taking my money out. I have tried numerous times to get a refund. They keep saying they’re looking into. Then confirmed that it was cancelled. Today I see another $42 was taken out. I have already cancelled my first credit card, and now I’ve had to suppers my new card.

They are nothing but scamming bastards😡

Same issue as everyone else has....i made today account and ordered 7day plan for sale price 6€. Suddenly later started from creditcard go money 24,99€ for shoppinglist and 20,99€ for some premium membership what i haven,t ordered . Yes i klickex to shoppinglist as this was awailable ,but no info that it will cost additional 24,99€. I contacted with them and robot answered quicky that no refund as i have ordered those services. Unfortunally only stupidone us my self ; ) as i didn.t check first info from trustpilot. Reccomend to stay away from this site.

Ångrade mig redan under tiden jag var kvar i appen/ hemsidan ( var via annons på Instagram) , gick inte att gå tillbaka och inte fick jag ngn länk till inloggning men de drar pengar löpande för ngt som jag inte fått ngn inlogg till. Ringde min bank som spärrade mitt kort! Ni som har samma problem spärra kortet annars drar de pengar i smyg små belopp samt större med bara ngn dags mellan rum!

Ich hatte die App bereits nach einem Tag gekündigt. Von den 26 € wurden mir nach dem zweiten Schreiben 13 € erstattet.
Auf den restlichen 13 € bin ich hängen geblieben, da auch PayPal eine Bezahlung abgelehnt hat. Ketogo hat mit Hinweis auf die Entscheidung von PayPal, obgleich es sich hier um zwei verschiedene Verträge handelt, auch eine Zahlung der überfälligen 13 € abgelehnt in deren Schreiben sogar endgültig.

Ich muss leider vor den Geschäftspraktiken von ketogen.app warnen. Der Anmeldeprozess war bereits durch intransparente Zusatzgebühren geprägt. Das größte Problem ist jedoch der Umgang mit Kündigungen: Obwohl mir die Beendigung meines Abos schriftlich bestätigt wurde, erfolgten im Februar weitere Abbuchungen über PayPal.
Der Support rechtfertigt dies nun mit der Behauptung, es sei nur ein Teil des Vertrages (der Essensplan) gekündigt worden, während ein angebliches 'Premium-Abo' weiterlaufe. Über diese Trennung wurde ich im Vorfeld nie informiert. Da ich den gesamten E-Mail-Verlauf und die Kündigungsbestätigung als Beweis vorliegen habe, empfinde ich dieses Verhalten als absolut hinterhältig. Ich fordere alle Betroffenen auf, ihre PayPal-Abrechnungen genau zu prüfen!

Daraus wurde dann ein Abo dann ein Abo für ne Einkaufsliste und nen Premium hatte ich nie angeklickt.
Kosten insgesamt 26,00€ +24,95+20,95...
Und das Alles als Abo wenn man dann nicht kündigt...läuft das Alles weiter....macht das bloß nicht.....

Hi! I am completely disappointed of this app and do think is a very big scam. I first entered because I only wanted some new recipes to change my meal plan, THAT’S ALL. And after you answer the question they give you the meal plan first (the one I was willing to pay for 25 LEI). After, they give you options, if you want a personal trainer and something else. I pressed SKIP. And what happened? I was charged 2 times, once for 99 LEI and another time for 129 lei. And when I emailed they said their policy is money can be refunded. AND I DID NOT ACCEPR THE PAYMENTS. Anyway, don’t buy anything from them!

Surtout ne télécharger pas cette app cest une arnaque bien honteuse . Vous pensez faire un essai 1 semaine de 7 euros il te préleve au final 6 programme a 91 euros.
Cest vraiment inadmissible. Impossible de récupérer l'argent de cette fraude

I gave a 1 star review previously due to waiting 3 months for the bot to turn into a human and fix the access issues I had. (No access and sent in roundabout circles requesting more money.) I thought it was a scam but PERSISTED as I really wanted this meal plan and I had paid for a 6 month subscription. Was tempted to write the loss of $ off (and change my credit card!!!) but bombarded them with constant emails. Finally the site is working for me and the access to meal plan recipes (no add-ons chosen yet) are working. Persist with emails to 'hello@' not 'info@' if you are having issues and ask for a human and have all your proof of purchase screenshots. I've already lost a little - if I get towards my goal weight with the program, I will come back and review with more stars.

Honteux n’informe pas quand au supplément de paiement tel que premium, liste de courses achat résilié une heure après et un remboursement à même pas 50%
Pour moi il s’agit de voleur ne respectant même pas le délai de rétractation.

Man kauft einen Monatsplan, es steht auch das nicht mehr abgebucht wird und dann kommt die Böse überrauschung und es wird wieder abgebucht.
