Hard-working removalists
The removalists worked very hard and carefully, however the initial time estimate given to me was a little bit less than it actually took to do the job.

I had a great experience with Kent Removals
I had a great experience. Rebecca was fantastic when she came out to do the quote and was a great point on contact on move day.
Fabio and his team were absolutely brilliant. They were so careful with not only my furniture, but also with the house we were moving into. There was not a single bit of damage to anything. I would ask for them again next time I move.

Less than satisfied
Firstly, they were late arriving. They did let us know until after the scheduled arrival time that they were running late.
Secondly, they didn't appear to be adequately trained ie, mattresses brushed along the driveway, vintage dolls house slid into the truck, the crew took time to move their other boxes and blankets in and out of the truck ( not used on our job), were very slow in taking things to the truck and seemed poorly organised in the order of the items moved. They ran out of time and space, hence not everything as quoted was moved.
We felt the rate charged was excessive for the level of competence and productivity of the personnel.
And on departure the team leader refused to leave without us signing to say there was no damage despite us believing there was.

Dear Jenny,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.
We understand how frustrating it would have been to experience a delayed arrival, concerns about the handling of your belongings, and feeling that the move was not carried out as efficiently or professionally as expected. We also appreciate your comments regarding communication, organisation and the completion process at the end of the move.
Providing a reliable and professional service is important to us, and your feedback has been shared with the relevant management team for review. We take concerns like these seriously as they help us identify opportunities to improve our service and training.
Please contact our Customer Support team at customer.support@KentRelocationGroup.com and include your job number so we can investigate your experience thoroughly and escalate this matter to the appropriate team for review.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate the opportunity to look into your concerns.
Kind regards,
Kent Team

Can’t thank Kent Removals enough
Can’t thank Kent Removals enough. We contacted them for last minute help for an interstate move after being let down.
They came in person to do a quote and shuffled appointments to come out sooner. By 08:30 the next morning they were helping load our house for our interstate move.
The staff and service was excellent. Everything was delivered on time with no damage.
