I’ve been in and out of these store for years and I’ve always had the same experience. Helpful and lovely staff so I wouldn’t go anywhere else, I try to avoid online because I believe that humans deserve to keep their jobs, I’ve recently been dealing with Connor in the Glasgow store, he’s been so helpful. Especially during and after a purchase. If I’ve had struggles he’s there to offer assistance wherever possible. I was terrified spending as much money as I have lately but the process has been less daunting knowing someone is there to guide me. I went big and bought the RC-600 😭 this guy has spoke me off the ledge with this new toy. Highly recommend this store for the staff, you can buy the equipment anywhere but if you want honest, knowledgeable, fair and decent people to deal with then go here. There isn’t a cap on the help either, I’ve been speaking to them after buying the pedal purchase and the aftercare I’ve received is first class, the rest is up to me to retain what I’m advised ha! I bought a second hand Roland keyboard online which is always a worry- what condition is it in, will it survive transit? I had nothing to worry about. Superbly packaged, arrived the next day and in fantastic condition. Very, very highly recommended.

I bought a cheap acoustic guitar here 20 years ago and the service was excellent. I returned on Sunday looking for an upgrade and the staff did not disappoint. After an hour of advice and trying some of the huge range of guitars they keep I opted for a Gibson Dove and can’t thank the staff enough for the friendly service and excellent price.

Ordered a guitar yesterday - it arrived today - Glasgow to Cornwall in 24 hours - excellent!! Was also the best price and the best delivery cost compared to others on the web.

We needed to buy some cases for our instruments, and the staff at Kenny's were outstanding from the first contact to the last. They were knowledgable about the instruments and gave good advice based on what products they had available. Super quick delivery and good prices. When one of the cases didn't work, they were able to sort out an easy return, and even then special order the particular case that would work for our instrument, letting us know the status at each step of the process. Highly recommend and look forward to buying any music-related gear from Kenny's in future. Thanks for the amazing service

Decided to go in and do a bit of window shopping, as you do after looking at their website, a guitar i wanted to have a look at had been sold a couple of hours earlier i was told (my typical luck) so after resigning to "just quick a look" I spotted a beautiful looking guitar and as the staff are so helpful 😉 I Decided to have quick play and well I now, have an emptier than empty pocket. the guitar in question? A blade rh4 classic in honey, the staff answered all the questions I needed ask and couldn't be more helpful in the advice and guidance the staff in question are Conan, Gordon and Drew thanks guys for a very pleasant toy buying experience even with dick turpin in the background 🤪

I went in to buy a bass guitar with the intention of Kenny’s music to give me a price match (as promised on their website). However, I was told that they could not price match PMT, rather offering me an £125 more expensive price tag. This is not great for business as when you make a price match promise, you should stick to it. They have lost a potential future customer and left me very unsatisfied as I would prefer to support local business. Avoid if expecting a price match.

Really great service. A special mention to John (the American in the Glasgow branch) who took the time to answer all my questions on the phone, and really went the extra mile to ensure I had the best price. Received my brand new "Epiphone SG Standard" double-packed (they made sure it was protected by putting its actual box inside the empty box of a larger unrelated guitar) - would 100% recommend. Thank you!

I purchased a guitar online from Kenny’s Music in 2021 as they had the guitar I wanted in stock. It wasn’t in stock at my local store but was available in Glasgow.

The order process online was simple and the guitar was delivered in the timeframe stated in a good delivery condition.

I had no issues, would buy again from them, and would recommend.

I've just bought a Yamaha Clavinovah piano from Kenny's Music store in Dundee. I'm absolutely delighted with it.

When choosing the piano, the sales staff spent considerable time over a couple of visits helping me and my kids choose the right one. The selection of pianos is excellent and it really helps to be able to play and hear the differences between them.

The staff are musicians and seriously know their stuff. They're clearly passionate about music and were super friendly and helpful.

I highly recommend Kenny's if you're in the market for a new musical instrument!

I've bought a few guitars from Kenny's Music in the last few years. I would definitely recommend to everybody. The staff in the Aberdeen store are really nice and helpful. True professionals.

Outstanding customer service from the guys at Kenny's when making my latest purchase, cannot recommend enough as they go above & beyond. Had a slight issue but was taken care of immediately and was left very happy, with an outstanding guitar. Definitely no worries when going to Kenny's as they go above & beyond!

Wanted to sell my Gibson Les Paul which was hard cased, rarely used and in an “as new” condition, and enquired with a number of music shops and provided photos showing the pristine condition of the guitar. Received a number of offers back which were all fair and reasonable.

I later received a call from ‘Kennys’ and almost immediately the guy, started to rubbish the model and year of the guitar adding that the only way Gibson could shift them was to sell on Amazon, which was nonsense. So obvious to me that all the guy had done was ‘google’ the model number which obviously showed the Amazon listing first. Failed to take into account the very good, however limited reviews of the guitar anyway on Amazon and if he had looked further would have seen little criticism, and indeed positive reviews on line from various sources internationally, and more importantly from customers and guitar site demos on YouTube.

Knew exactly what was going to follow as he offered a derisory offer which unbelievably was less than half the amount of the lowest offer I had been given. The store states that they calculate what they can sell the guitar for then deduct 30% to cover Vat and their “beautiful stores”. I’m sure the other stores pay Vat and know doubt have just as “beautiful stores”, however the difference appears to be that the others are at least fair and honest with their valuations.

Left a “bad taste in the mouth” and certainly wouldn’t consider doing any business with this store due to the unprofessional and cheap way they operate compared to others.

Just to add, sold the guitar, ‘hassle free’, for a very reasonable price to GuitarGuitar.co.uk where I had originally purchased it (not Amazon), whose staff could not be more professional and friendly.

PS. Regarding the response just wanted to clarify that I was offered £200 from Kenny’s for a pristine Gibson Les Paul guitar in a hard case. Using their 30% rule they would be happy to sell for £300. Wasn’t the most valuable model but got £450 for it from GuitarGuitar, whom I’m sure are experienced enough to value correctly to make a profit. Struggle to find a guitar of this make and condition for anywhere near the price either on EBay or Gumtree and the fact they base their valuations on these sites is a warning why you should try elsewhere first.

Nothing but praise for Colin in Kennys music shop Dundee. Extremely polite and helpful, very knowledgeable, my daughter felt at ease and spent a long time trying a guitar, highly recommended, definately be back.

Buying a new Roland digital piano from Kenny's in Dundee. Very helpful and communicative staff, I wasn't hurried or made to feel under pressure, just given the space and options to make my choice. I was kept informed about delivery time (to the hour), new keyboard delivered ready to play and old keyboard uplifted, no fuss. Thank you Kenny's!

Quiet simply the best guitar shop in Glasgow!.The staff are all very friendly and informative and gave me all the help I needed to buy my dream guitar. Massive thanks to everyone in the store.

I was after a specific guitar (Yamaha Transacoustic) and could not find a better price from any other shop online! The detailed specs and description of the guitar on their website was reassuring and helped me make a decision about the guitar!
I received an Emailed receipt at point of purchase online! I had requested a Saturday delivery and got one via DPD (guitar arrived yesterday), no issues with delivery, and received Email updates re: dispatch and delivery from Kennys music, and Email and txt updates from DPD re: delivery!
The guitar arrived in its Semi-Hardcase and boxed, in perfect condition!
The guitar is stunning, it looks great, and sounds fantastic, and does exactly what the Transacoustic is supposed to do!!! Will definitely be using Kennys music again for future music purchases!!!

Bought a Casio CDP-S100 digital piano from them. I received an email saying that it was shipped within two hours of ordering and it arrived here in Cambridge the next day for just £4.49 in delivery fee. Kenny's Music were also the cheapest when including shipping cost. I'm very happy, thanks guys.
