I'm so grateful to have found this pet supplies store! They have made shopping for my pets a breeze. Their prompt delivery ensures that I can always keep my furry friends happy and well-stocked with their favorite items.

So far, so good ! I did take a while to make up my mind which double kennel to have, but once ordered it was easy-peasy. My border collies now have a beautiful Wymbury and a Wag elevated bed each after living in old second-hand kennels which were draughty and had begun to leak. Emma was brilliant and the delivery guys were quick and efficient. I actually commented to them that the new kennels looked very posh, and I might even move into them myself ! ! Thank you to all concerned, especially as I live in Kent so it was a long way for the delivery guys to travel. They arrived around 10am and were done and dusted by 11.30am. Brilliant job, and a brilliant product. :) :)

I ordered a single panel for the front of a kennel, product is OK for the money, nothing special, but does the job it’s intended for. The issue arises when it comes to delivery of the goods, as the company use a courier service that appears to ‘lose’ items. Having not received my item within the stated timeframe, I made enquiries to its whereabouts? The company initially provided great support and even offered to send a replacement item the same day if they were unable to locate the “missing” item at the couriers depot - ‘too good to be true’?. However, unfortunately, they were empty promises, the company couldn’t locate the item, didn’t send a replacement as promised and was more interested in financial damage limitation than actually delivering the service to the customer that they offered. The item finally got delivered two weeks and multiple emails later. Not such an issue you may think? Which in normal circumstances I would tend to agree that from time to time these things do happen, although, the main issue here isn’t the fact that the courier used is sub-standard, more importantly the company offer false hope and the only thing they do deliver on are empty promises.

Management advise: don’t offer something you fail to deliver on. Don’t close down customers via email, it’s underhand and shallow.

I purchased the Winterely Dog Kennel and with all the added extras ended up costing me £1800. I’ve had the kennel 3 months and when it was built i was ensured it was protected and weather resistant. However in the outside run and the stable door water is seeping up into the wood and turning the kennel green. This kennel is going to be used for many years and it’s only been here a few months and already there is issues with it.
I’ve tried contacting the company so many times and sent pictures but no one bothers to get back in touch.

We have just had our wymbury kennel delivered and assembled today and we are absolutely over the moon with it. The customer service from the two lads was brilliant. I would highly recommend this company. Can't wait for our two lurcher dogs to see it. Thank you so much kennelstore 😊

I am not sure how this company has so many good reviews - unless they are not genuine.
I think the products from this company are such poor value for money. They have a crazy nark up and misrepresented products.
I ordered a cabin and along with that ordered the blanket that I assumed fitted the cabin. It was £30 but I thought it was worth having a blanket that fitted snuggly. The blanket is awful, it’s far too small and is available elsewhere on the net for £13-15. Given I had spent nearly £600 on the cabin I can’t believe they ridiculously overcharged for such a terrible product! This made me think the cabin could well be overpriced and inferior quality. They are clearly not interested in doing the right thing by customers just doing everything they can to rip you off and maximise profit.

The cabin lid is entirely flat with a lip round it so rain water just sits on top of it with no way of draining.

I tried to phone the company and you can’t get through. They just sent me an address to return a faulty / inadequate item and expecting me to pay for it. No explanation of the product description versus what they actually sent!!

Quality is okay, delivery was quick, price a little too high for what you get and the delivery driver had just had 2 knee replacements so I had to unload the van and carry metal railing for him😂😂 ohwell overall a good experience. Would buy from them again

Excellent service- Very pleased with the kennel.

Due to covid-19 restrictions, the kennel did take longer to be delivered but this was explained to us at the time of ordering and therefore, did not come as a surprise. The ordering process was straight forward. The customer service was excellent and we were updated once the kennel was ready to be delivered and how this would happen on the day taking into consideration social distancing.

The guys who brought and built the kennel were very diligent and professional. We looked at the kennel before they left and very please with the result. The dog loves it! Its spacious and gives her plenty of room to play with her toys and the bedroom area is warm with hardly any draft. We have been very happy with our purchase and cannot fault at all!
