I am using Kemwel / Autoeurope fo rental cars in Europe for many, many years. They have best prices, excellent customer service. I couldn’t recall any problems that I experienced on any stages of car rental starting from booking, pick up and return back the vehicle.

I have used Kemwel for past 30 years, they have Never failed us. Great customer service during process as well as post rental process.

Trusted merchant, best deals at Very best prices that it be in the US or Europe.

I always go to Kemwel first and then compare it to whatever is advertised just to be sure. Kemwel is good. I have used them for many many years and have never had cause to complain. I recommend them frequently when asked.

Supposedly this company has a no cancellation fee. When I went to cancel my car rental for four months away (wedding canceled due to the Corona Virus) I was told that there is a $30 fee because so many people are canceling. So you're going to take it out on your customers??? You wont ever see me as a customer again!

I needed to cancel due to the coronovirus shutdowns.

They told me that my refund would take 7-10 business days and there would be a $35 cancellation fee.

2 weeks later, nothing.

After over 20 minutes on the phone, they are trying to take a $75 cancellation fee. This is dishonesty at it's finest.

Easy enough on line procedure. Could not be the price. Had to cancel because my wife has heart disease and the corona virus fears are showing to be of higher risk foe senior citizens and my wife's condition. Need less to say I canceled outside of 48 hours and only returned $40 of my fee. I will pay more to go with someone who is a little more gracious and understanding.

When I selected this vehicle, pick up was at the airport... after signing up it then switched to off airport pick up. That was one of the most important things about selecting a rental car for me!

I made a (small) mistake in forgetting to press enter after I put in my credit card details. I finally noticed the next day. I checked everything was OK and that I hadn't actually completed the booking, pressed enter with all the fields filled in and it jumped back into offering me to start booking a trip which I already thought I'd finished. I had to check again that nothing had gone through my bank.
I quite understand you need to jump back when I accidentally leave it that long but you really should indicate clearly to me that I have to start again due to its being too long to complete rather than leave me wondering whether it did or did not complete.
Having said that, you're a wonderful offering for us and our experience with you is seriously good!

Such an easy website, excellent prices and choice. I've used Kemwel for over 20 years and have no intention of changing.
