The most false advertising I've ever experienced. DO NOT BUY from this terrible company. The dress I saw was beautiful with lots of dimension. The actual "dress" was a printed picture on cheap material. Nothing like the display ad.

If I could put 0 stars I would. What arrived was ridiculously different than what was advertised and of extremely poor quality.

Do not order from this company - it is a giant scam!

Ik heb 2 kledingsstukken besteld. Bij aankomst was het een geprinte stof terwijl er op stond dat het in lagen was en geborduurd. Niets hiervan is waar. Ik heb de volgende dag gelijk alles teruggestuurd en alles volgens hun retourbeleid. Kreeg alleen maar mails terug dat ik moest wachten tot het traject voltooid was. Nu na 4 maanden zeggen ze dat ze niets terug kunnen vinden. Dus mensen bestel nooit wat bij Keluoda. Maffia praktijken.

The most wild site I have ever seen. You order a dress and they send you a piece of cloth. Wait week and got a literal piece of cloth. About $1 worth of printed cloth.

Purchased a Xmas sequinned sweathsirt. Arrived long time after utter rubbish. No sequinn to be seen . Just an awful printed copy of the original that they advertised. Needs to go in bin. They offered me a 15% refund. Do not buy from this company

I ordered a jumpsuit from Kelouda, but the item I received was completely different from what I had ordered – both in style and quality.
Communication with the company was extremely frustrating. At first, they offered me a 15% refund if I kept the incorrect item. I refused, as the product was poor quality and not what I had ordered. I offered to return it at their expense, but they declined.
Eventually, they admitted they didn’t even have the material to make the jumpsuit I had originally ordered. The communication dragged on unnecessarily, with repeated requests for information I had already provided in my first email. It was clear they were stalling.
Finally, they informed me that they don’t accept returns if more than 30 days have passed since the item was shipped. It took over a month for the item to arrive, and another month of back-and-forth emails. I am still talking to them and will probably not get any money back.
Buying from Kelouda is like throwing your money away.

I order quilted bags and and got cheap vinyl junk.
Nothing g like the picture or description.
I waited almost three weeks and had to keep emailing them, there is no phone number.
I am trying to return them for a refund but I seriously doubt that will happen.

The dress I received was nothing like what I ordered! It was advertised as hand embroidered, but instead it was very very poor quality printed pattern which was so pixelated you can't tell what it's meant to be. I contacted them to return the item, but the policy on the website was not the one they were wanting to implement. They instead said i'd have to pay an expensive shipping cost. They offered a 15% refund but honestly this thing is completely unusable so...

I know the pictures look amazing but don't trust it! Take the picture to a tailor or something.

Don’t buy dresses from the site- complete ripoff. The dress came huge, not as on the photo, without beads and embroidery. Wanted to throw it away (53$!) and not worth to send back.

I bought T-Shirt, a phot showed pigment printed T-shirt (washed out looking). But the one I received was digital printed one. This Brand appeals American brand but this is tipical ”Identity－Fraud ”brand. In fact this would be run by Chinese. They make a lot of Identity fraud. We can see same items by internet fashion brand " Duojuke ". This fraud cahnges brand name frequently. They also pretends to be Japanese craft brands.

I paid (via PayPal) for a product that was false and deliberately misrepresented on their website. The product (shoes) were not as described. The shoes were described as being genuine Italian leather. This seller provided pictures of shoes that were not in their inventory. The product I received was clearly made from synthetic materials. I could smell the chemicals once I opened the package. I contacted the seller to initiate a return and receive a prepaid return label. It was at this point that I realized that the seller was in China. I was told via email the return would be at my cost since they don't provide prepaid return labels. I stated, this return is necessitated entirely by your company's deceitful advertising and misrepresentation of the product. The seller kept offering 15%, 20% and 50% refund and I could keep their shoes. I refused their offers. I filed a claim with PayPal against this seller. I provided pictures from their website and pictures of the shoes that I received. PayPal sent me a notification stating the seller agreed to the return of their shoes. I would have to pay for the return in order to get a 100% refund. I had to pay $76 for the return. The seller would have to pay $87 once the shoes are returned to them in China. I paid $152 for the shoes. I will only receive $76 from this refund once they verify the shoes return. This seller has chosen to practice deceitful and misleading business practices. They would have made more money from honesty than from deceit.

I wish I had read reviews first! I ordered two items. One did resemble the item pictured online, but was super cheap. The other was completely different…and cheap…and ugly. This place is a total fraud!

This company uses AI-generated images to sell their products. I get that people are looking for a deal, but this company just takes your money and gives you appallingly bad products. So, it's really only a bad deal.

Quilted bag? No. Just a printed picture on cheap fabric.

Ordered 2 “quilted” tote bags for gifts. These bags were on sale from $72 per bag to $28 per bag. They are just photo prints on cheap nylon bags. Most crafts stores like Michael’s or Hobby Lobby sell same
Quality bags for under $3/bag. This is a ripoff. I’d be furious if I’d paid the list price! Do not order from this company. I wish I’d done more research—my bad.

I ordered a beautiful navy blue dress for a wedding. The dress I received is nothing like it. It is cheaply made of flimsy material, not even a label. Plus it was the wrong color (olive green). It came late, which turns out not to have mattered, and was wadded up inside the shipping bag. There was no invoice, no tracking, no nothing.

Ordered a tote bag clearly described as quilted, with teapots, for a gift. When it arrived, it was a cheap tote with a photo print of teapots - like the reusable bags you buy for $1 at the grocery store... Only this cost $28 plus shipping!! 🤬😡 And no review spot available on their website... STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Got my "knitted" sweater and was just a printed sweater. Has no tag so you have no idea what it is made of and there are no care instructions. More than anything, it barely looks like what it was supposed to be. Also ordered an XL and fits super snug like a M with no give. Emailing company does nothing. Is total waste of money and scam in terms of false advertisement.
