I also was disappointed with my order. I received a very cheap dress that didn’t look anything like advertised. I didn’t even bother to try to return it because I knew that I just got scammed.

The bell ornaments are nice but not the ones I ordered. I reached out to customer service abc now they are claiming not to have the item yet I can still order it off their web. I keep getting messages like this one:

die ich durch die Werbefotos versprochen Ware entspricht nicht dem tatsächlich gelieferten Zustand, trotz der vielen richtigen Warnungen meiner Vorkritiker, habe ich etwas bestellt, und noch einmal laut betonen ,recht hatten Sie.

Bloß nicht hier bestellen. Man bekommt nicht den Artikel den man sich ausgesucht hat. Ich wollte einen weihnachtlichen Strickpullover (bei dem auch gestrickt in der Beschreibung stand!) und bekommen habe ich einen Plastikpullover mit schlechtem Fotodruck mit dem Muster des Strickpullovers. Allerdings sind die Rücksendekosten dermaßen teuer dass es sich nicht lohnt diesen hässlichen Pullover zurückzuschicken. Man wird definitiv betrogen.

Pésima experiencia! no compren en ese sitio, las fotos y descripciones de materiales de productos no corresponden, todo de pésima calidad y sus políticas de devolución son tremendas para el comprador, te hacen pagar el envío y si no les llega la mercancía se lavan las manos, te ofrecen pagarte un porcentaje muy bajo de lo que en realidad pagaste a cambio de que no les envíes la mercancía, lavándote el cerebro para que no pagas el envío.
Sus políticas son nefastas, muy muy mala experiencia.

SCAM alert! I ordered some cute ornaments off the site from a Pinterest link. Then I saw a bunch of sites advertising the same product ( some showed the ornaments as AI animated creatures). I realized they would definitely not be “as advertised”. tried to cancel the order almost immediately, aka before the product was even shipped.
I am still arguing for a refund. The company rep keeps telling me how wonderful their products are and is basically ignoring my request for my money back.

A total scam. There was no resemblance between picture and the items i received. Very bad quality, another fabric than in descriptions. And they made returns very complicated and at the same time offered me a 10% refund for keeping the items. In the end i kept the items because i got tired of them. I Will never wear them though.

I had the same experience as everyone else here, false advertising and they send you cheap useless products. I ordered three pieces of clothing on this website one of the items was never sent and the other two despite being advertised as knitted and patch work are polyester prints that don’t even match the pictures on the website, I have been sending them several emails and requesting a refund and a label to send the products back, they have been ignoring the fact that they didn’t send me one item completely and for the return, despite the fact that on their website it says if the product has quality problems they need to pay for the return trip they are not accepting that either and offering me only 15% refund of what I paid! This is illegal and I am escalating this problem to the bank and European costumer protection authorities. Everyone else please do it as well. As long as we give up on our rights in cases like this, these businesses continue to grow!

I purchased quilted tote bag
When I receive the bag, it’s just an ordinary tote bag you can get from the grocery store. It was not quilted like the picture and what they stated.
They should be ashamed of themselves taking money and customer not receiving the correct merchandise
So I would like to have my money back I will never shop these people not ever again

This company doesn't ship what they sell on their website. I ordered a Cozy KNIT Sweater for Halloween which I received a day late and then opened the package to find a cheap polyester, sweatshirt with a screen print design of the knit sweater that doesn't match at all. I sent an email demanding a refund and sent loads of pictures along with the website picture of the sweater I was expecting to receive. I am sorry I didn't look into this company first before ordering but they're a scam. How do these people continue business?

This site is a complete scam. I ordered three items all were very cheap material that had images printed on them. They were not at all what the website pictures portrayed. They will not honor their return policy. There is no "Order management page". You have to email them to tell them you want to return it.

We ordered 3 lovely Halloween dresses, supposed to be long, wide sleeves and ornamented; what came almost have me a heartattack - terrible looking, cheap artificial material printed something resembling Halloween theme… awful😡 they deserve to get a multiple lawsuit for this …😠
