Ordered the large girls pack for 5+ years for £27.99 + postage.

The pack arrived damaged, with the blue rucksack having gaping broken stitching at the side, the crayon box and the box of a cheap plastic slinky were both either previously opened and ripped or somehow crushed in transit to look like that.
I contacted customer services who said they'd replace the damaged items.
No bag received, crayons were fine, but the replacement toy was identical to another item already in the bag.
Contacted again and they said that is fine as it is pick and mix and offered a 5% discount off a future purchase as recompense for all the issues, which I have declined as would certainly not buy from this company again.

The non- damaged items were also pretty disappointing, a couple being of similar size and quality as the toys you get inside a kinder surprise.

Finally, be aware that despite ALL their advertising videos and photos etc showing snacks being included, they are not anymore.

Was in contact with customer service team, waiting for the plane pal to come back in stock. Said they’d contact me when it did. They didn’t. But anyway, I ordered the item and was told it would be shipped on May 9th. I go on holiday tomorrow May 13th. So small window for it to arrive on time. But I was hopeful. I asked multiple times if I can pay extra to have a guaranteed delivery. Each time this question was ignored and they kept sending me a copy and paste reply. It’s now Sunday the 12th and they NEVER even sent it!!!! It’s like talking to a child, we were just going back and forth and I was getting stupid, non personalised replies. Are you even reading my emails. Last email, it’s unlikely we’ll deliver it on time, is there someone else you want us to deliver it to seeing as you won’t be there. SERIOUSLY…. Why didn’t you post it? Wasted another 24hours waiting on a reply for you to state the obvious and ask me a stupid question and delay shipping for another day. Honestly. Don’t waste your time or money. I’ve asked for a refund and not to bother sending it. £150 order. Clearly don’t need the money. I don’t have that type of money to waste on total incompetency!

Not only a waste of money, dangerous too. I bought this pack for my 2 year old daughter and I am so disappointed. Not only do I agree with other comments below about the contents of the pack being cheap and not worth the money you pay, but the pack we were sent had multiple items marked for age 3 or 4+ years. When I complained I was told the pack was suitable for children under 3, and they shared a screenshot of a statement they have on their website saying packs may contain older items which are safe with parent supervision such as crayons. Unfortunately we were not only provided with crayons, but tiny small toys which are in no way safe for a 2 year old, a book of crosswords (not exactly suitable for a 2 year old!!) and a wipe clean maths book which didn’t even come with a pen so I couldn’t even use it! Please avoid this company at all costs.

Don't bother and save your money.

I've given 2 stars as if you can't be bothered to order things separately they do provide a pack of items. That is where the positive experience however as the items you are sent are probably worth about £10 for your £30 payment.

Just order items yourself would be my advice. It will save you money and you can make sure that your child likes them.

service.Ordered a pack for my 2 yr old girl with express delivery. Received a 3-5 year old boy pack. Immediately contacted customer service who said after I sent photo that only 2 items were wrong. This cannot have been true as 1) one of the other items was expressly marked as dangerous with choking items for under 3s 2) the other products were unsuitable eg a number writing game for 2 year old?! Instead of immediately giving me a refund with an apology for the inconvenience (our trip has now passed) I’ve had to wait for them to arrange to collect the items (which surely must be at a loss to them). Wait to see if the refund ever appears … I note that the one star review I’ve given for them for their website does not appear.

The MEGA fidget pack is terrible quality, many of the same item and looks like everything would fall apart.

You could go to the works and buy the contents for a 1/3 of the price of these bags. Not good value for money at all

Ordered two mega sensory packs for my children as Christmas gifts. There were some issues with the delivery company but the customer service team at KeepEmQuiet resolved these with speed and efficiency. The products I received are fab and I can’t wait to give them to my children. The Christmas bags are a lovely touch. Would 100% recommend this company and their products.

Bought the octopus emotions fidget popper on google says it lights so did not read the spec on there web site. No support from them when emailed. Just no it don’t light up read spec think they should check google and put there spec right on there. Will not use again

I ordered a bag for my 1 year old, I paid extra for the unisex option. Everything in the bag was pink, and 3years plus. Majority of the items were a choking hazard, toys with very small parts or sharp parts. The contents of the bag was also not worth the price paid, I could have purchased better items at a much cheaper price. Would not recommend. Also had to pay to return the item, but felt the toys were too dangerous and cheap to keep

I’ve used Keep ‘Em Quiet for many years and always been happy with the service provided. However, earlier in the year (August 23) the packs were simply not as good quality. I recently decided to try them again, but after an infuriating email exchange with Very poor customer service agent my packs haven’t arrived at all. It appears this small family run business is no longer that. They must have grown too quickly and can’t handle the volume of work. With no pack, time lost on an email exchange I’d frankly call embarrassing from a customer service perspective I will not be using this company again and would not recommend to others.

We got two kits, the larger kit for girls age 6-7 and the larger pack for boys 3-4. My son has severe autism so it is extremely hard to gage what would entertain him but his kit was BRILLIANT. He loved everything inside and my six year old who is obsessed with unicorns was in raptures over her unicorn stickers and colour art however there were also educational books and fun activities which we loved! We will definitely be buying these kits again!

Excellent product beautiful quality fast delivery delighted with my purchase

George absolutely loved his travel bag. We purchased the small bag to try first. He enjoyed playing with the new toys and reading the new books. The treats were perfect too, vegan and allergen free. Will definitely purchase a bigger bag for our next trip. Here he is getting excited to find out what’s inside whilst waiting at the airport.

Excellent experience. Always arrives well packaged and value for money

First holiday with my 2 year old and we bought an activity pack and the carry table. Was used all throughout the holiday from the flight there to the flight back. Couldn’t have been without it! Great idea!

We loved the range of toys ,colouring and craft in the bag and will be great fun and fab entertainment

Pointless service. My item never arrived. It takes over 7 days delivery even through it says 3 to 4. Plus an additional two for dispatch. Customer service was utterly dreadful and unhelpful. Really not sure why I bothered. Strongly recommend making up the kit yourself. Far cheaper and you will be able to judge your own child's taste. I have never received a refund from this company despite 5 attempts and paypals help. Royal Mail formally confirmed that my item was never received at my premises and also confirmed the item was returned to the company. As a note to parents, I did not receive my item and so had to buy a £3 magazine at the airport and it was great! (it came with stickers and free toy) and kept my child entertained. If only I had known this before I was influenced to buy something I clearly did not need, in a bag that we would never use again and would have ended up in landfill.

Nice concept and idea, however they don’t allow you to customise it, I asked for anything to be added with fire engines or the colour red but they wrote and said it’s lucky dip, which I understand. But I ordered the 3-4 ear old boy but felt it was a little young for him.

I decided to give that pack away and made my own pack which actually worked out cheaper.
