I ordered a Plane Pal from Keepemquiet and after reading the reviews here I was very concerned it would be poor if it would arrived at all. There was a slight delay due to suppliers issues but they keep me updated and offered a full refund if it was not going to arrive on time. While the item took longer to arrive than expected, customer service was good and responsive. I did find shipping cost a little expensive but it didnt stop me from ordering. Over all I would used this company again.

I have ordered from this company several times in the past and been happy with the purchases - maybe not the cheapest, but a good selection appropriate for the age of the child. This time, I ordered 2 packs, one for a 3-4 year old, and one for 18-24 months. I paid extra for the pack for the younger child, supposedly to ensure age appropriate contents. What arrived was fine for the 3-4 year old, but the pack for the younger child contained more items, but almost all clearly labelled as unsuitable for anyone under 3. I was left with 2 books and a soft toy to hang on a pushchair! i emailed them, and haven't even received an apology, let alone a refund. I will not be buying from them again.
Note added 1 July: I have now received a partial refund. Raising a complaint in response to a request to review the products did in fact result in a reply, an offer to replace 3 items (which I declined), and finally a refund.

Very disappointed with what came in the pack, paid £27 for stuff that would cost about £10 all together in the pound shop. One item is broken and can see that without opening the item. Better off doing something like this yourself. Wish I had checked reviews first, something I will learn from. Avoid!

What happened to KeepEmQuiet?!

Used to be good, ordered their packs regularly, happy kids.

The last pack was laughable though. The cheapest and nastiest Chinese plastic crap, and not age-related at all.

When I complained they offered to exchange a few items - rather than to send me a pack for the age group I requested.

That was definitely the last time I ordered, not worth it.

Absolute rip off. Bag should have been aimed at my 17 month old son, and items are all labeled for 3+ and inappropriate and arguably dangerous. If the total contents are worth £5 I would be very surprised!

I spent £29.99 on a toy bag. The toys were poor quality, not suitable for a flight, definitely would not add up to £30 quids worth and one was unsuitable for the age range I selected. I was very disappointed with this and won’t be shopping again.
One toy had a very small ball which could be a choke hazard.

Absolute scammers

Ordered a Plane Pal. Never arrived. Don't respond to emails. MAKE SURE you submit a chargeback request with your bank/credit card company. Only then will you suddenly receive communication from them. They offer you a refund if you cancel the chargeback. DO NOT cancel the chargeback. Once cancelled you cannot institute another chargeback and you will never see the refund.
The original owners of Keep Em Quiet no longer have anything to do with the website. Someone else has taken over the website and is fraudulently using their faces on the About page. Disgrace this website has not been shut down.

Worst company. Faulty item agreed, returns only to an address, not agreeing to refund it and now no reply. They are in breach of consumer regulations regarding distance selling as claiming a change of mind isn’t allowed to be returned when this is lies! Same as opening the box, they have to refund. Reporting to Trading Standards and will do credit card charge back while they ignore me.

These guys are just scam artists....

Some of the worst customer experience ever.

I found the entertainment pack for 0 to 3 age quite disappointing, despite how much I wanted it to work.

I purchased the product feeling very optimistic and reassured by their website reviews, but unfortunately my experience was very different, and I found the reviews somewhat misleading.

To begin with, the pack failed to keep my toddler engaged for more than around 20 minutes on a 7-hour flight. Many of the books were aimed at an older age range than my child, therefore in practice it meant they were completely unusable for us. The books that were age-appropriate were not engaging at all. My daughter generally loves books, and I was really excited about introducing her to new ones during the flight, but she showed little to no interest in them.

In addition, the quality of the toys was quite poor. One broke almost immediately, and the bag itself came apart during the flight. I was also disappointed that there was no game or activity-based toy included.

Overall, given the price paid, I unfortunately would not recommend this product.

Ordered plane pal over a week ago and paid £9.95 for next day delivery. Order 5p off £100 so credit card doesn’t cover. Heard nothing to any contact us forms or messages. Nothing arrived just a confirmation email and money taken from account. Will report to trading standards if nothing materialises or they don’t get in touch.

This company fundamentally breached a time-sensitive delivery contract by confirming the product was out of stock. Despite the consumer immediately requesting a full cancellation and refund, the company proceeded to dispatch the item weeks later against clear written instructions. When asked for a refund, the company initially offered an inadequate resolution, forcing the consumer to initiate a credit card chargeback for the full amount. The company is now refusing to engage with the formal chargeback process and is attempting to mislead the consumer by demanding they cancel the dispute before a return and refund can be processed. The consumer's bank has confirmed the company's non-compliance with dispute procedures and advised the consumer not to return the unwanted goods, highlighting the high risk of further financial prejudice due to the company's unethical conduct and multiple violations of consumer protection laws.

Avoid at all costs - just not worth the hassle.

I ordered plane pals on 20Oct2025. Paid for priority delivery (1-2days). Contacted the company to cancel the order. Arrived on 27Oct2025, delivered to my neighbours as we'd already left for our holiday THAT SAME DAY. Company refused to accept a cancellation or accept a return of the unopened package. I even cited the legal requirement to accept a cancellation for on line orders within 14 days. Again they refused. Will be complaining to trading standards, virgin (because thats how i found the website in the first place) and raising an official complaint. The package is sitting here unopened.

The puzzle was in terrible condition and one piece was missing. Unfortunately I didn't notice it immediately as it was a present so didn't open it when I got it so I wasn't able to get a refund or exchange. They did offer me a 10% discount which is hilarious as clearly I'm never ordering from them again!

I have used them a couple of times before and rated the packs.
Now my daughter is older the pack was shocking I spent over £30 and some stuff missing and what did arrive was a joke and not really great for travelling on a plane.

I am still waiting for my refund. I ordered 2 x Plane Pal’s on the 15th of September but cancelled the order on the 1st of October when I was informed it wouldn’t arrive by the 3rd as advertised. I was leaving that Sunday(the 5th) so it wouldn’t arrive in time. Despite being assured that this would be done, the delivery was still made *over a week later* on the 10th, despite me explicitly saying I wouldn’t be there and not to send it. By the time we arrived home by the 22nd the parcel was long gone.
I have since asked repeatedly (4 times!) for a refund to be made, and despite being reassured each time that it was in hand, this has not been progressed. This is getting ridiculous. Beyond bad customer service.

Absolutely shocking, refused any refund and claimed they were a small organisation that can’t process returns, despite a 14 day cooling off period. Product was not worth the £109 paid, also paid for next day delivery, missed my holiday. They had the cheek to offer a 10% discount for next time and to return the delivery cost. Item is tatty and cheap quality. I’ve since started a section 75 as paid on a credit card

The quality of these bags have just gone downhill since I last used them. I’m going to end up putting ours in the bin! Such a waste of time and money. The toys are really cheap and not age appropriate. I could build my own better for about £4! They do not include any snacks any more despite advertising that the do. Customer service says this is a “health and safety issue”. I won’t be using them ever again.

Awful company, not to be touched despite their claims on their website to be used by royalty. Bought a bag for children aged 1-3 and paid extra for aged one preference. Tatty contents together not worth the money, two items dangerous for a toddler, the books looked unsold stock from publishers, it’s proving almost impossible to get a refund - they’ve offered 19% off next order instead but I won’t touch them. No address or telephone number on the website.
