Hola,
Tras investigar lo ocurrido, comprobamos que el paquete estuvo disponible durante 8 días en el punto de recogida, pero finalmente fue devuelto porque no se presentó nadie a recogerlo.
Hoy le hemos propuesto dos soluciones:
1. Enviarle un nuevo cinturón, asumiendo nosotros los gastos adicionales.
2. Realizarle un reembolso completo.
Quedamos atentos a su respuesta.

Après-vente efficace
On m'a récemment offert une ceinture Kazartt modèle Ambition que j'adore. La boucle a malheureusement cassée. Contact pris, Guillaume m'a rapidement répondu et proposé l'envoi gratuit d'une boucle neuve que j'ai facilement pu remplacer moi-même.

Quality of the product is great
Quality of the product is great. Delivery was slightly delayed (missed the birthday date, which was disappointing) so I had to contact the company to check where the product was, as there was no tracking available from the courier. In fairness the company got back to me the same day.

Habe den Gürtel an das Unternehmen zurückgeschickt, aber auch nach fast 4 Wochen keine Rückerstattung erhalten, trotz Mailverkehr. Jetzt kam die Erstattung, aber es hat lange gedauert. Am Ende bin ich jetzt auf 2x Versandkosten sitzengeblieben.

Ich möchte darauf hinweisen, dass der Gürtel ohne jeglichen Vermerk im Paket zurückgeschickt wurde und es eine Weile gedauert hat, bis wir die Bestellung identifizieren konnten. Dank Ihrer E-Mails konnten wir die Bestellung identifizieren. Deshalb dauerte es etwas länger.
Der Gürtel wurde vollständig zurückerstattet. Wie in unseren rechtlichen Hinweisen erwähnt, sind die Versandkosten jedoch tatsächlich von Ihnen zu tragen. Vielen Dank!

La qualité à l'air super ! J'aurai aimé que le marquage des verres de vin se voit un peu plus par contre. On les voit bcp en photo mais en vrai c'est un peu moins prononcé et c'est dommage ! Mais sinon c'est une très belle ceinture et je la recommande car elle est originale ! Merci Kazartt 👌🏼

O cinto é macio e parece ser durável. No entanto, veio com a fivela com várias marcas, como se fosse usada. Fiquei desanimada. Dica:Aconselharia a envio numa pequena caixa de cartão, além do saco de pano. Ficaria mais gracioso para quem recebe.

The Shipment took about 2 Weeks. Unfortunately, no customs clearance was prepared, which is why Swiss customs had to pay another 21% of the value of the goods.
