I ordered a couple of items that had been pending for a few months and were just rejected. Never trust this service.

Tuttav ostis kosmeetika toote ja sellest tekkis tal naha peale kahtlased punased jäljed. Täpselt sama kosmeetika toodet oli ta ostnud ka mujalt poest, aga siis lõõvet naha peale ei tekkinud. Järelikult kaup24 ei osta sisse puhast kaupa, vaid mingit odavat sitta. Teiste tervise arvelt kasumit teenida ei ole kuidagi moodi aksepteeritav.

I ordered two scales. One of them came without a battery which was not specified on the website. The other one was just the wrong scale. I ordered a 200g / 0.01g accuracy scale and got a 1000g/0.1g scale that doesn't even turn on!

Tarneaegadest ei peeta kinni. Tarneaega lükatakse juba teist korda edasi. Praegu pole pakki siiani saanud ja nad ei oska ka vastata, kuna paki saan. Õudne epood!!!

Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. If you have a problem with your product, you should consider waiting a month for closure. I would recommend Amazon instead.

1. No one answers the customer service phone number.
I call for several days. Pointless effort. I was on hold for 27 minutes yesterday.
2. I pressed * to be called back. Nobody has done it.
3. Emails are not answered.

The return process has been made as inconvenient as possible. Nowhere is it written how exactly the return must be made.

The worst experience I have had buying in an online store, I ordered headphones through this local page so I expected to receive them in a short time, the estimate was a maximum of 7 days, after this time, I do not receive any type of updates, when I call , they tell me that it has been delayed for 7 more days, after this time, exactly the same thing happens, after another 7 days (21 days in total) my order was canceled, they gave me "compensation" of a total of 40 EUR , but this amount can only be used with absurd conditions, for example, for certain items you can only use 20% of this compensation, which does not compensate at all for my lost time and of course, I would not buy anything again in this store

I made a purchase on their platform. Since the product turned out to be of lower quality than I expected, I called and arranged for a return. After returning the product, no one contacted me for some time, and the money was also not refunded. I started reaching out to the platform myself. However, I was told that the product was damaged and the money would not be returned to me. In response to my objection that the product was damaged after I had returned it to the warehouse, I was told that I was supposed to know what would happen to the product after I had returned it and should have packaged it for shipping. Naturally, I was not warned about any of this; no one at the warehouse or over the phone informed me. At the moment, both the product and the money are with the seller, and the last thing the seller told me was, "Unfortunately, I can't help you any further in this situation." From this, I conclude that one cannot count on secure purchases here and I would recommend avoiding this platform.

I will never recommend this store to anyone, I have returned the product within 2 weeks and I am waiting for a refund for months.

Seda poodi ei soovita ma mitte kunagi kellelegi, olen toote tagasi andnud 2 nädala jooksul ja pärast vaatamist ootan kuude kaupa raha tagasi.

Completely irresponsible shop. Orders are always very late, customer service promises to call back but never does. Some products you'll never get etc.
Do not recommend.
