Usan un tracker genérico que no confirma la existencia del pedido siquiera, lleva casi dos meses en tránsito y me he comunicado múltiples veces con el comercio, entregandome cada vez únicamente el número de seguimiento del tracker genérico, que dejo de recibir actualizaciones el 9 de enero. Descubrí que el producto que compre es incluso plagiado de otra marca, hasta las imágenes que lo patrocinan. Estoy intentando gestionar un reembolso aunque aún no recibo respuesta. Si no sucede los denunciaré a la institución correspondiente de protección al consumidor en mi país.

This are the worse 85$ spent in my life, dirt, they took around 2 month to deliver, secondly, I ordered a dress that looked gorgeous on the pic, but it arrived like a Halloween custom, others than that, I ordered a pair of shoes that came WITHOUT CORDS, and they look like made by a 5 years old kid, plastic literally, I put them in the trash right away, and of course, no refunds, they only refund me 15% for the trash I received. I still shocked I paid that much for trash. I am definitely disappointed. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING HERE

I placed the order on November 27th, the processed it and shipped on December 17th. The item arrived on December 24th. TOO late (in the website they claim it's 5-7 business days). So I was already away due to the holidays, when I get home the dress is nothing like the picture, it's totally see through and they won't let me return it as it's passed their 14 day policy, looks like policies only benefit them, not the customer. I will claim with the CT general attorneys office and consumer defense. They never answered my mails anymore. DON'T ORDER FORM THEM

After three months I received trousers that were much too short and a different colour than advertised. I had a struggle to get a full refund, but had to pay for the postage for trousers that were wrongly advertised. I am well aware their policy is returns are paid for by the buyer. I can understand that if I had changed my mind, not to my expectations or bought the wrong size. Through no fault of my own I had to pay 10 euros for the return because Katimy sent me something else to what I ordered. In some cases the postage should be returned, especially when it is clear the item is not as advertised.

Absolute scam.

Never received my items - it’s over a month. I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times with no response. I will be reporting this company to better business bureau as well as fighting my bank to return my money back.

HORRIBLE - I ordered 2 dresses and they were nothing like the photos, poor quality, way too big and not even the same shape. Also, did not arrive on time (probably 7 days late). You should definitely review the way you're doing dropshipping... because it's horrible.

I ordered a dress from KATIMY that looked beautiful in the advertised pictures, but the item I received was nothing like what was shown. Upon further investigation, I discovered that the photos and even some reviews on their website were copied from the well-known UK brand House of CB.

When I contacted KATIMY, they refused to provide a prepaid return label, despite their clear misrepresentation of the product. They offered only a partial refund or an exchange, which is unacceptable when the fault lies entirely with them. I was also expected to pay for return shipping to France, even though this was their mistake.

Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, offering "goodwill" discounts instead of taking accountability.

I would strongly advise avoiding this retailer. The combination of false advertising, poor product quality, and refusal to resolve disputes fairly makes for a terrible shopping experience.

I’m submitting another review to account for the “reply” given which I cannot reply bc it is 100% posturing. They have been contacted by me and given the order number and have done nothing. The products are garbage and they steal your money.

The order was 100% a scam and I received three products that were not at all what was represented on the website and believe I have been misled in my purchase. Upon attempting to contact them, they refused several times to engage in a full refund. They have now agreed to the return process, but have required me to ship the products to an address in France, which will cost me The same amount it took to place the order, making the refund useless.
I spent $133 to be thrown in the trash. Terrible company.

This website is a complete scam. Avoid ordering anything at all costs! The images of the dresses on their website are misleading and fake. I ordered a dress that looked nothing like the pictures online—it was entirely different in design and made of extremely poor-quality fabric. To make matters worse, one of the dresses arrived ripped.

When I reached out to their customer service, I realized they use bots or fake profiles to handle inquiries. The responses were generic and unhelpful. When I requested a refund and a return, they insisted that I pay the return shipping to an address in France, despite the items being shipped from China. This is a clear violation of EU consumer protection laws, which stipulate that customers should not bear the cost of returns for defective or misrepresented goods.

Adding insult to injury, they offered a mere 15% refund as "goodwill" if I kept the damaged dresses—a laughable attempt to sidestep their legal obligations. EU law guarantees a full refund in such cases, but dealing with their fake customer service makes resolution nearly impossible.

I have since reported the issue to my bank and informed them of these breaches of EU law. Save yourself the frustration and money—do not trust this website.

Quiero hacer una devolución ya que mi pedido no se parece en nada a lo que había pedido y nadie me responde. Menudo servicio al cliente

Aunque durante el envío no tuve ningún problema, estoy pendiente de mandarles un correo para realizar la devolución puesto que la talla no se me ajusta correctamente y me es imposible utilizarlo, no me deja ponerme en contacto con ellos a través del correo q facilitan para ello puesto que no se encuentra dicha dirección de correo.
Se me va a acabar el plazo de devolución y “perderé” el dinero y eso que no fue barato, puesto que no puedo utilizarlo.

I was on the fence when ordering, but when it arrived, wow! The color is deeper and the details really pop in person. Definitely happy I took a chance on this one.

Later I wrote negative review because they did't send me email with confirm of my purchase. Unfortunetlly dress looks nothing like in the photos so I want to return it. I wrote several emails to this company and their customer service menager but i don't get any respond. The way how this company treats theirs customers is unacceptable. If they don't let me return it and send me my money back I will take legal action. Horrendous clothing. Looks nothing like the images. I bought a dress that was meant to be £82 and it looked like a £15 dress. I have emailed the company to return but my emails keep bouncing back stating the company have blocked your emails as they believe it’s spam. The website states the only way to get a return is to email them.. the company is a scam sending fake garments and not actually offering refunds. There’s pictures of people in the ‘items’ as reviews but these are clearly off another site .. DO NOT SHOP HERE

I was very happy when i found your website, there was a beautiful dress that i wanted for god knows how long. But when it got delivered it was a disaster. There wasn't a corset or event a full round skirt.

Orderd the vintage lace corset dress. The dress that I got looked looting like the pictures. Completely different dress, and definitely a much cheaper looking version. The material looks and feels chep. Thein build bra on the pictures is not in the dress which results it to move up. Sleeve ruffles starts way above my albows (on pic thes start a few inches below) and the skirt looks ridiculously cheep. Very disappointed by this dress. Atleast I got 30% of its price returned, but still not close to been worth it.
