Awful company buyers beware, scammers to say the least. Spent over 265 dollars and tried charging me extra fees after a month of waiting for my products.

This company is not legit. I ordered A skinceuticals product that came and it did not smell or look like the product I have used for years. I took it in and got it tested and in fact is just colored water! They are refusing a refund.

We purchased a small $39 flag for our post and it doesn’t fit. Poor, very poor customer service as they explained they do not allow returns for a change of heart. This is not a change of heart it’s a mistake on our part. We ordered the wrong size. Unbelievable. Very bad customer service.

DO NOT BUY from this company. I think it's a scam. No replies to my cancellation email after I wanted to confirm cancellation of a product I had just ordered. Horrible customer service. Still waiting for my refund of $120!

I recently discovered that this company is selling my product using my brand and product photos without permission, and they're charging double the price. This company is a fraud. They sent me a product that didn’t contain the ingredients listed on the website. When I asked them about it, they claimed it was a new formula. I asked them for a refund and they refused. The address listed on their website shows that it belongs to an auto repair company. Be careful!

Ordered carroten tanning gel May 29th, it is currently June 13th, and after two emails asking for a refund, my order finally ships, ONLY TO BE FORWARDED somewhere else because the address or zip code isn't right. I will NEVER shop here again.

I ordered a 2 pack of probiotics for my dog. 125 servings in each canister, and once received they expired in 23 days. They will not refund me, as they claim when I received the product it was not expired. However, the first canister will have 102 servings left upon expiry and the second will be unopened.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered a product from this company, they shipped it in what they claim was “good condition”. It arrived at my door OPENED, the product was broken open and completely EMPTY. I contacted them, and got a reply of “sorry, there is nothing we can do, we sent it in good condition.” I said even if it were the case that it left your facility in “good condition”, are you not responsible for the product being delivered to your customers in proper condition?! They took zero responsibility and offered zero remedy for the situation. If you don’t want to waste your money, DO NOT order from this company.

Ordered magnesium gummies on May 20th 2024 - it’s now June 4th and I’m still waiting for a shipping label to be printed, as per my tracking info. I also have spoken to Kyle, who apologized but offered no clear explanation for the ridiculously long delay. I’m still hopeful that I’ll receive my order eventually… but I won’t be ordering from this company again.

Funny reading the reviews, I feel as if we have all interacted with Kyle. I placed an order 9 days ago and have been looking at the same tracking message for 9 days: "Label has been printed waiting for carrier to pick up the package."
It is a small item and it is USPS. Can someone walk to a mailbox?
I asked if there was an issue with my order and received an email that "my order was on the way."
Follow up: The 3rd follow-up email questioning why my order had not been picked up by the carrier received a response: they tried to claim that the USPS website was in error that they had shipped the day of the order (they claimed that was the 23rd…which was also wrong). They sent a photo of my shipping label and a watch. But it was not the watch I ordered.
I emailed one more time to point out that they sent me a photo of a black watch with a black face (I ordered a silver watch with a blue face). They responded that it was “just the lighting”.
I checked the tracking and the watch was picked up at 1PM the day they sent that photo.
3 days later the black watch arrived.
I took a photo of the incorrect watch and sent it along with a photo of my order and asked how they would like to fix it.
They offered an exchange, but only after they received the black watch if I would ship it back, or if I would keep the wrong watch, and they would give a 20% refund.
Basically, an incredible series of lies, then left on the horns of a dilemma with the wrong merchandise.
They deserve a negative review if possible.

This person is selling fake products for more than the Authentic products retail for. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PERSON ON ANY PLATFORM, YOU CAN FIND THE REAL PRODUCTS FOR CHEAPER ELSEWHERE.

Be wary of their products. I purposely ordered a product from them because they advertised it on their website. The product they sent was from Mexico and unregulated. The product umary was all written in Spanish. I tried to return it they won't accept it. False Advertising!!!

I try to stay professional in my correspondence, whether it's in person, phone or email as I work the service industry so I understand the difficulty of customer service. But this company is a joke. I first tried Nirvana after buying a 2 pack at the gas station, I didn't even realize how much they were at that time, added it to the rest of my purchase. I liked the effects so I went back and bought the last 2 packs for $18. Ridiculous!! So I thought, I'll buy them directly on-line, it'll be cheaper. Went to the website after Googling Nirvana. VERY diseptive!! It "appears" you're getting a whole "pack" of the pills, 24 in a box, 2 in each pack. But for $69.29 i got FOUR pills, are you KIDDING me??!!! Then I read the return policy. Total deception. Their response will be "it states exactly what you were buying" but the advertising they put with it is VERY diseptive, especially since I bought the same thing at a gas station for $18, (but they rightfully, jack up the price). So thank you Kate Minimalist, for the almost $70 learning lesson but I'll do everything in my power to make sure nobody makes the same mistake I made.
I DO enjoy this product and I will do my research in contacting this company to inform them of my disappointment in this companies actions.

I've ordered twice from Katminimalist, Melatonin and Tongkat Ali, both times delivery was a week, which is to be expected when ordering from abroad, I'd actually expect longer. Delivery is a bit expensive but seeing as the products are generally far cheaper than in Canada, it evens out and is probably still slightly cheaper.The melatonin works, sleep after a nightshift is much easier.

Horrible, non-existent customer service. Kyle refused to help. Blamed me for their error. All he had to do was cancel order. Charged double for product, delivery 2 weeks after order. STAY AWAY FROM THIS “company.”

Kyle is happy to talk to you until there is an issue....Cant return as they've stopped communicating. They have stolen money from an elderly deaf man.
