I purchased three Kassl coats, and all of them peeled and had to be returned, last one went in the bin. Customer service took over a year to respond and ultimately claimed they couldn’t assist. I would strongly recommend avoiding this brand.

`waited in for UPS delivery for 3 days..in that time had TEN e mails rescheduling etc.`Finally courier turned up..demanded the customs fee in cash but could not do me a receipt....told him could do what liked with the boots.
Am only too happy to never never deal with this outfit again..very sharp practice. I buy lots of footwear on line but this has been the worst experience ever. Advise you to KEEP AWAY...dodgy and very questionable. They have plenty of rivals selling boots which are just as good..but without managing to double your outlay by 100% which is what this lot do with shipping/customs etc. You think you are buying footwear for £150..in the end its £250....
I can only advise everyone against buying from this company. I already own several items from this brand. This time, however, I received a bag in terrible condition (with several very large and extremely noticeable creases). Trying to return this bag turned out to be a Sisyphean task. I sent so many emails over the course of a week until I received a reply saying that this defective bag was supposed to look the way I received it. Ridiculous, of course, especially when you look at the product page. And all just to avoid having to pay the postage costs for the complaint. This does not help the brand's image. I wasn't aware of how terribly this company handles returns and complaints until I read the reviews on the internet. I will never buy from this brand again and advise everyone else not to either. There are so many customer-friendly alternatives on the market!
Impossible to return item. I want to return my order; I filled in their return request form on their website. It's been three days and no response. I sent an email to their customer care, but no response yet. Having to first fill in a "return request" before getting your return label should be forbidden, this cannot be legal. It is preventing customers from exercising their right to retract from a purchase within 14 days.
