Very happy I popped in for a look around and the owner was superb, good chat and was a bit early for a dram. I’m very happy with my new watch.

The in store experience was really great. The gentlemen that assisted us with the watch selections and engraving were amazing. I would recommend to others looking for a unique watch buying experience.

The whole experience was great from start to finish. Despite Koren only being a few weeks in the job, she was very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend Kartel, prices are great and the chances of someone having the exact same watch as you are very slim.

Didn't know what to expect, but our experience definitely exceeded our expectations. Led by newly appointed Karen, (we would never have known if she hadn't told us!), was interesting to listen to the background of the company and the information about the various designs we were invited to choose from.
Beer and shortbread served and appreciated. Overall a lovely hour spent in the Kartel watch experience with Karen
My only suggestion would be to provide a second analogue choice
We now plan to purchase more experiences as gifts.

A truly disappionting experience.
I was gifted the Kartel Watch Building experience by my wife for Christmas 2024, she had also brought herself one as she knew I would not be that confident in going it alone to the London location.
A watch building experience it is certainly not, to describe it as such is frankly stretching the truth, a bit of scam is what it is, a deception, an exaggeration, a falsehood. It is a shop and nothing more, pick a watch and choose a strap. The virgin watch building experience is simply a voucher to spend at a Kartel watch shop.
We had two vouchers but were not allowed to combine them for one watch so two watches had to be chosen, a Sinclair and an Isla, okay watches but why couldn't we combine two vouchers for one watch, for the money spent I could have gotten myself a decent Seiko, Casio, Timex, Swatch, Braun, Citizen. In fact rather than travelling 200 plus miles to London and back I could have stayed at home, brought a watch online and had a better experience.
I feel for the poor shop staff who have to deal with customers who are expecting something that is not forthcoming, very poor.

Watch Experience was a birthday gift from my sons. 12pm start and made to feel very welcome by Brad & Grahame. Overview of the company, enquired what I wanted for the session, my background and interests. A bottle of cold beer did not go amiss either. Worked through the various options and eventually decided on a watch I had not thought of. Chose the best strap combo and all good. Very enjoyable experience.

Just got my new watch in Edinburgh, absolutely love it and the experience was worth it. A bit of background on Kartel and the different watches. It’s so hard to choose as they are all amazing. Graham and John service was brilliant, clearly know there stuff and let you enjoy it! No hard sell. I ended up with new sunglasses. Definitely give this place a chance for your new watch

The guy who served us was great. Started off looking for a new strap for my now discontinued face and had picked one. Then spotted the new st andrews watches and left with one of them too. He was trying to care for multiple customers on his own and did a great job. Happily adjusted the links in my watch to make sure it was right and got us on our way without and rushing around. Top marks.

My older Kartel watch is about 4/5 years old, they've replaced the battery without question twice(one recent) and the interchangeable straps are great for personalising too.

Had an excellent time at Kartel in Edinburgh. Brad, was a superb host and very knowledgeable of the Kartel range. 5☆'s great experience 👍 👏

It was a very nice experience. I could purchase nice products watch and eyeglasses and my friend some eyeglasses. The 2 guys helping me and my friend were exceptionally helpful and knowing there products and loving what they are doing. You could feel that passion, open and nice communication. I am sure if your teams in your other 2 shops are also like this gentleman, you will have with such nice products a very succesfull future. Product quality is one thing, sales support and service is unother . Wish all your team great success !
