I made a customer order on January 5th. They are quite responsive...until you pay...then you need to request updates as they don't offer them. It was approved and moved to production on January 9th. Based on the website advertisement: "We'll craft your ring and deliver it in under 7 days" and "custom orders ship with overnight delivery." I was told on January 16th when my ring was ready, "we don't do overnight delivery, it is 2-day shipping and we don't do weekend delivery, so you'll get it Monday or Tuesday." My package actually arrived in my hometown on Sunday, but the special handling instructions from Karaters says "Weekday delivery only." So, while Fedex is coming to my house anyways today with a different order, they will not deliver my ring. They are holding it for an extra two days due to the delivery instructions from Karaters. I'm always a bit skeptical of a company who changes their processes and promises once you give them money. It breaks down trust and it's something other buyers should be me mindful of because timelines are important when ordering fine jewelry.

*I do appreciate the response below, though I believe you are thinking of someone else. I never received communication about a closure or team being out. The text I received prior to purchase promised overnight delivery. When I paid the balance once the ring was finished that changed to 2-day and not on weekends. The only mention of January 20th was after the ring was finished and if I wanted them to delay the shipment to take pictures. I opted out of the pictures and they shipped on the 16th as confirmed on the 14th. I did send you an email today with photos of correspondence.

I purchased a tennis bracelet and a tennis necklace from Karaters Diamonds and had to contact customer service regarding an issue with one of my orders. Mark Beliski assisted me, and I truly cannot say enough good things about the experience. He went above and beyond to ensure both pieces arrived in time for the holidays, and he even upgraded one of the items as a courtesy for the inconvenience.

Christine really went out of her way to make sure I got my Karater's bracelet on time so my daughter could receive the gift she's been longing for on Christmas day. When it looked like FedEx would not get it here on time, she called the company to expedite the shipment. It arrived less than 24 hours later and it is gorgeous. Perhaps Santa's sleigh was involved. Great job, Christine!

1000 stars is what I would give Joe with Karaters !!!!! I worked with Joe and a young lady on an offer for about a month getting exactly what I wanted in a eternity band and they were gracious enough to help me out even further when the first band came in and it didn’t fit right so I sent it back and they sent me out a brand new one within days and it’s absolutely perfect. Absolutely gorgeous and I love love love it!The diamonds are stunning and I have already gotten two friends to purchase from KARATERS after seeing my ring. Why anyone would ever pay for a mined diamond when you can get a lab created diamond (which is a REAL What’s that diamond!!!!) for so much less money and the exact same beauty is beyond me!
I will absolutely be making the rest of my diamond purchases through Karaters and will recommend them to anybody and everyone who sees my jewelry!!!
