Thanks for the feedback. Sorry to hear the replacement didn’t work for you - that’s definitely not the experience we want anyone to have. We recently discovered a small batch of these batons had internal wiring issues, and it looks like you unfortunately received two from that run, even though we test them before shipping.

"Scam Artists" Do not order
The absolute worst experience ordering a gi for adult was entirely for a young kid, I attempted a return which cost an additional $10.00 to return and still they would not honor a return. Deceitful company "SCAM ARTISTS" Gi quality terrible...Do Not Order from this company... terrible
