I keep using Kung Fu for Less and have always received excellent service with outstanding products. I highly recommend them for martial arts equipment.

The product was delivered in a timely manner.

Received my produce in a timely matter with the correct fit.

The nunchaku themselves were just fine. The strings were not so good, tied with a very simple knot and glue. I had to re string all three pair. Still a very good value.

With every order, it is shipped either the same day or by the following day. Within days my order is at my address. The quality of what I have purchased is well made and of good quality. The prices are usually marginal to being the best price around.

Good prices, solid shipping, just as ordered.. Um I guess I have not tried CS, but there has been no reason so far.

The purchasing experience was great and the item is also great.
One suggestion though for the foam practice nunchuck, the weight distribution is not near the end of the handle. Please try to do that way.

Very happy with the butterfly swords. I’ve got large hands and the guards give me ample room for manipulating the swords. They are SOLID too. I wasn’t expecting them to be as good for such a reasonable price.

The products and prices are very good- best prices anywhere! The customer service however, is dreadful. The agents are rude, condescending and dismissive. I actually had a customer service agent COMPLAIN to me about how much work they have to do! I would rather pay more to a company who is interested in good, friendly customer service. A company who WANTS my business. I will never order anything from this company again, it was a terrible experience start to finish.

UPDATE and RESPONSE!

I unexpectedly got a response from Kungfu4less regarding my review. They kindly sent me all of our email exchanges which brought to my attention a VERY important detail that I left out in my review. Initially I had asked that the return fee be waived due to the fact that I received inaccurate information about the items I ordered. Once I had been told that this was impossible and that the company could not afford to do so and must reclaim their shipping costs, I told the customer service agent that I accepted (read below) the return policy and asked for the return label, understanding that I would be responsible for all costs. It had been several days since my request, and I had not received the label. I was anxious to return the items within the 30 day time frame, and so called the company directly to follow up on my request.I simply asked when I might receive the return label. It was THIS PHONE CALL conversation that I based my review on. When I stated the reason for my call, I received a whiny lecture on how customers have to understand that it takes TIME to respond to emails. That they had just had a Big Sale and were overloaded with orders. That if they receive an email on a Wednesday or Thursday a customer must wait at least 4 or 5 working days for a response. That customers should not expect any response on a weekend because that is unreasonable. “What company responds to emails on weekend” he asked me. At this point I simply asked again when I MIGHT expect to receive this label. At this point (I think his name was James) raised his voice and said “I already told you that it would be 4 or 5 days” At this point—————-I was really laughing at the absurdity of the conversation. I was and am still not upset. There are so many companies out there selling Martial Arts Supplies! I usually dont even bother with reviews but this was such an usual experience I decided to go for it.
