These lazy ass people never work.
“Come tomorrow” they say every single day and there is no one ever the next day or the following and so on. DO NOT GO there. They also scam people by charging double I found out.

They don't even deserve 1 star. They tried every method to take my money. They charged me £1000 to strip my car and another £4,500 for labour, even though they didn't have the required skills or equipment to fix it. When they couldn't repair it, they took it out of the garage and charged me £25 per day for parking even though the the sign outside their building said they charged £15. Terrible. Avoid this garage at all cost.

Lui did an amazing job at my Audi S3. Did full service at the car. Highly recommend

The John Wayne of cowboys. I had the misfortune of using Kar-Dok for a few years. I was keeping a 25 year old Mercedes coupe going and was charged eye watering bills to keep it on the road every MoT. Three grand one year for a long list of itemised bullsh*t! It ended abruptly one day when the replacement radiator turned out to be too big for the space under the bonnet and what's more, it wasn't even from Mercedes! It knocked everything else out of whack and, to cut a long story short, it came to incredibly frightening end on the M1. They charged me a grand for that job! The sheer greed and contempt they showed me was staggering! Kar-Dok indeed. The dock exactly where this old shark should be!

Greedy and incompetent. Brought van for service and MOT, they inspected and give me a quote £1054 all include. Next day come again to du a service, take them around 4 hours to service, change brake pads, discs and MOT. Garage issue me a new bill £1264 - price vent up £200 because take longer than they expected. They charge £755 + VAT for 1 man 4 hours labour.
After 2 days brake light come up on dash board, where chasing mechanic for 3 weeks (today his late, he is not in today, he back next week) finally give up and went to different garage.
Where told that car-dok instead installing new brake pad sensors for witch they charged me £60 + VAT, just screwed 2 wires together

I dropped off my 2007 BMW 1 series at 8.00 in the morning for an MOT + Full service. I called around 17.00 to check to which Louis replied that there was a problem with the MOT emissions testing machine and the car was still at another site (by the way, they don't do MOT at their site so they drive cars around to get it done at the Volvo on Finchley road). He told me he would call once it's complete because he still HAD TO DO THE SERVICING. So they don't do servicing and checks before sending the car to MOT ! I didn't get any calls. I called at 18.00 again as I had to pick up my son from nursery at 18.30 and he told me it's complete. My best guess is he had maximum 30 mins to service the car. After arriving at their shop they promptly gave me the invoice of £195 but I said I would like to check the car. The service light was still on. He showed me that the front brakes were worn off. He could've called during the day and told me about the brakes to which I would have said 'replace them'. Only after I asked, he tried to reset the service light which failed miserably. I now have a red service light which shows the car should be lifted up and the brake light is on probably because of worn front brakes. It wasn't on before he tried to reset service light with his machine.

I had no time to argue with the guy so I paid quickly and rushed out. I wouldn't have paid anything until he resolved all the issues but I had to leave.

Next day I asked about new brake pads and he quoted £45 brake pads + £90 labor + VAT quote. He charged £165 for full service (MOT for £30) which took him 30 minutes to do and now he was asking me so much money for brake pads. I offered half the labor price and full brake pads price as I had already spent so much on the service . He replied "You booked your Service and M.O.T via Book my garage. Please refer to your booking and see what is included." Service light resetting is obviously in that list but he didn't listen to me any more.

All in all, I doubt he serviced my car properly in that 30 minutes, I still have red service light on and beeping and the brake pads have to be changed.

Louis is a "nice" guy as long as you pay him quickly for his unprofessional, sloppy service.

The Mechanic Louie was very helpful as identified the issue in short time and sorted out immediately. Good prices and goes above and beyond. Replaced a faulty brake switch on my Vauxhall. I will definitely use them in future.

The mechanic was clear and concise, and their service was great value for money.
