Great experience buying some Hasselblad kit from Kamerastore. The gear was in perfect condition and the delivery top notch. Such a great experience I went on to buy some more glass for my camera.

The value for money is excellent!
The product is very well packaged, so it won't get damaged.
One thing to note is that UPS took 10 days to deliver the lens—even though they changed the delivery date five times!

Något otroligt hände när jag erbjöd dem mina kameror; jag blev helt tagen av receptionisten Jakob, som på bara några sekunder förstod att jag inte var bekväm med att prata svenska trots mina många års erfarenhet. Han erbjöd sig att fortsätta samtalet på franska, mitt modersmål, som han talar flytande. Tack vare Jakob gick hela försäljningsprocessen som en barnlek. Jag är mycket tacksam mot denna kompetenta och intelligenta personal. Jag rekommenderar starkt detta mycket seriösa och kompetenta företag, som uppvisar högsta professionalism.

The delivery was speedy, everything was packaged quite well/safely, and I am happy with the condition of my secondhand speedlight.

I can't say I'm satisfied. I'll even say I'll have no further dealings with this company. The company and its employees behave like experienced monopolistic salespeople who know and care about their profit margins. The client's interests have been thrown into the abyss.

It was the first time I traded with Kamerastore and I have to admit it was a really good experience. The price I got for my gear was absolutely honest and the whole procedure was smooth. Furthermore the shipping was really expedite. In my opinion and regarding my experience with other traders, the procedure could be a little more simplified. After all it was a great experience, I got what I saw on their website and as described without any issues. I absolutely recommend them and they are permanently on my list when looking for gear upgrade in the second hand market.

Customer treated like a scammer.

Hello, i’ve sent my gear to kamera store from belgium.
After a long investigation, apparently the package got lost by dpd.
They asked me a bunch of documents that I send to them.
I got promised a paiement but what a surprise to see thats when a problem occured , Kamera store refuse to take care of their customer.
They insinuated that i was a scammer and They requested again many documents from me (aswell as a report to the police ?? )

My case was handle good until it was time to pay me.
I’m willing to change my review if my case is resolved

This is my first experience buying from Kamerastore and everything went really smooth no issues shipping was great received when I was supposed to, the lenses that were purchased no issues with them, website is also great and easy to use, thank you so much I will be back!

I have been a loyal Kamerastore customer for more than 2 years. I sold my entire DSLR equipment, I bought film cameras and lenses and the excellent VALOI 360 scanning kit. This is a summary of my experience.

Buying - highly recommended
Prices are higher than on eBay, but honesty and quality are what make Kamerastore stand out. You always know what you are buying. They rate their items very strictly. I like buying “restored” items. This means “CLA + repaired” with a one-year warranty. That combination is hard to come by together with a trustworthy seller on eBay or Vinted.
If you want to spend your money on used gear, e.g. when you are (re)starting film photography (like me), Kamerastore is the place to go for their selection and quality.

Selling - highly recommened
You could achieve more on eBay, but selling to Kamerastore is an honest, hassle-free, and quick process. The process is straightforward: you send them a list of the things you want to sell along with photos and your own assessment. They will return a preliminary offer. If you are selling several items, you may want to ask for the list of each item’s individual rating, which they will send to you promptly. That way, you can make an informed decision on which items to sell to them.
Once they have received and checked your equipment, they will send you a final offer, either for cash or for in-store credit that is about 20% higher and valid for one year.
Shipping is not free (which I like; free shipping is an illusion and bad for the environment), but it is affordable and very quick within the EU (my experience: DE, ES).

Dans le cadre d’un échange, reprise confirmée le lendemain de la réception du matériel et envoi rapide du nouveau matériel.
Après quelques déboires avec UPS (le colis est resté 1 semaine bloqué à Helsinki dans un entrepôt) le matériel est finalement arrivé à bon port. L’appareil et ses accessoires sont en très bon état conformes à la description.
