Een goed en betrouwbaar bedrijf zelfs na dat UPS even in gebreke bleef vanwege gebrekkige informatie mbt de zending. Dankzij dit bedrijf leverde UPS uiteindelijk toch mijn bestelling!

Efetuei dois envios diferentes para avaliação de material fotográfico de forma gratuita, tanto um como outro foram rejeitados, porque esse meu material tinha danos para além do custo de reparação, pelo que pedi para me enviarem novamente, um processo que também é gratuito, conforme política de empresa. O primeiro foi-me enviado pela UPS, praticamente sem demora. Já o segundo, não foi enviado, já contactei a Kamerastore por três vezes para o email, e não obtenho resposta, da empresa, excepto da primeira vez, que a mesma respondeu que já tinha sido enviado, mas enganou-se na ordem, pois essa ordem já tinha recebido.
Portanto venho por este meio tentar que a Kamerastore me contacte para me indicar onde está o meu artigo que enviei para eles.

I had been hunting for a specific camera grip for a while with no luck finding one locally in the UK. I eventually spotted one on Kamerastore.com, but I hesitated to order because I was nervous about buying internationally. Unfortunately, while I was second-guessing, the item sold out.

To my pleasant surprise, Kamerastore notified me a few weeks later when they had another one back in stock. Since I still couldn't source one in the UK, I decided to take the leap and buy it—and my concerns turned out to be completely unfounded.

The shipping process was fantastic:

Kamera was not doing well, the zoom was out of order. After repair there was a crack in the sunhood protection. After all Kamerastore fixed it and that they were doing it well!

I stumbled across Kamerastore by simply entering Nikon d500 for sale in Canada and it popped up. It was within my price range and after seeing other great reviews I pulled the trigger and ordered! It arrived in 3 business even coming from Finland and was in perfect condition! I had a follow up question after placing my order and they answered promptly. My only slight negative is that the charger cable for the battery has a European end but I was able to use the cable from my other camera to charge it. I would definitely recommend Kamerastore to anyone looking for great quality used camera equipment!

Købte et kamera og det var helt som beskrevet og det virker perfekt og så kom det endda 2 dage før lovet.

KameraStore does provide good and honest quotes of your gear when you are selling. Also, very detailed info on condition with actual photos of the gear so you can decide before buying.
Regarding post sales warranty support, also very happy with. Had an issue with the camera, and it was easily solved under warranty. Just had to send it through the mail.

Straightforward, slower than MPB perhaps while reviewing gear and processing.

But at the same time, way more perfectionist in the assessment of the gear, way more fair price wise and my delivered camera and lens was exactly 100% as photographed, described and matched the price exactly (Profit they have to have) but still a solid experience.

So much so, that I will purchase and sell gear again and I'm doing it as I leave the review!
