Kalimbera Recenzje

My kalimba arrived inside the timeframe. It came tuned and resonance was clear all the way through to the smaller tines. I had some miscellaneous concerns but customer service was amazing and correspondence was extremely kind. We were able to sort through everything.

The kalimba stand is sturdy and has a nice minimalist design. The kalimba bag is cute, too!

Best service, constant contact, shipping problem solved very quickly
I am in love right now
thank you so much ❤

Wonderful gift. My husband love it the present. Thank you guys, for the amazing product. Arrived in time. Highly recommended!

High quality sound, my child loves it. Arrived sooner them expected thanks so much Kalimbera team!

Postage was a bit slow but this product was not coming from down the road !
The instrument whilst simple is well made & has a great tone.
Thanks

Highly recommended. Not only does the kalimba sound the way I imagined (perhaps better than I anticipated), but the engraving is absolutely splendid.
Very easy checkout. Waited about 3 weeks (which killed me), but Kalimbera was very honest that it would be delayed due to Covid. Will definitely shop with them in the future.

I love this flat board kalimba! The sound of every tine is amazing, it definitely worths the buy!

In love with my new Kalimba from Kalimbera! this is my first flat board Kalimba and I couldn't be happier and more satisfied ... It has a great resonance and a beautiful sound. Not to mention the custom design drawing they laser engraved on the Kalimba! Kalimbera's products are definitely worth buying.

Prompt response with polite willingness to assist.

Kalimbera is an excellent company and their products are fantastic quality. My engraving was perfect, the color is adorable, and the little bag is so cute! I don’t know much about Kalimbas, but I’ve got some free time on my hands (#quarantinelife) and it seemed like a fun and (relatively) easy hobby to try out. So far, I’ve been loving it and I’m really happy with my purchase and Kalimbera!

I have edited this review to 5 stars (previously 4 due to issue below) as the customer service was very good - they sent the hammer + a stand. I bought it for a friend and she's been really happy with the overall sound and design so thanks Kalimbera!

Beautiful design, great sound - was missing the tuning hammer though. Lucky we've already got one of our own.

The best. Check them out !!!

Hi. We have now received all of the 10 kalimbas ordered. Only a few have been opened and tried. So far wonderful. Natalia was very helpful during the ordering and nice and personable in communications. We are off to a nice musical start.

Best wishes,
Sherry Castles

My order arrived a lot faster than I expected, especially since I ordered it in the height of holiday rush. Had a bit of bad luck in my order, but I got a very fast reply and a quick resolve to it, even during this time between Christmas and New Years Eve, which we all know is stressful for most companies. A lot better service than I could have hoped for. Beautiful kalimbas with a beautiful sound and a great service!

The kalimba I purchased has an excellent and relaxing should. Also, it is not difficult to learn and I would recommend it to everyone 😊

It arrived faster than expected and both kalimbas sound amazing
