Kala Kendar Music Warehouse Recenzje

I came from outside the city to have an older harmonium repaired and they got the instrument up and running in a couple of hours so I didn't have to make a return trip. Great work.

Date/Time of Visit: January 24, 2026 approximately 1:00pm was first visit to Kala Kendar. The initial salesperson i spoke to "Micky" via email was very helpful and professional with his recommendations on dholaks which I was shopping for. When arriving to the store, the lady at the counter was so friendly and welcoming. She directed us upstairs where they have a large and beautiful selection of Indian style instruments. The salesperson upstairs, was also phenomenal and very knowledgeable and also very helpful in the selection. No rush, no pressure. Pricing also very reasonable.

Well even though it took a while it was still good quality

Delivery was to be done by Jan 14, then it became Jan 19. To date the item is not delivered and apparently Canada Post cannot tell me when delivery might happen. Why use Canada Post when it cannot deliver items in time. Why not use other mail carriers?

The service was very good and the quality of instruments excellent

Great service - awesome communication and processing time.

Wonderful selection of instruments and accessories. Great website that’s easy to navigate and wonderful customer support if needed.

Mickey was very gracious showing me how he restrung and set up my instrument.

Very happy with my purchase from this store. I liked the honesty and the quality of the product.

Sales person was very informative, in helping me make my decision for purchase.
Harmonium arrived in excellent condition very quickly considering we are a 17 hour drive away from the music warehouse. I'm pleased with the product. Now All I have to do is learn the nuances of the instrument to improve my skill. Only wished there was a manual of operation for someone like me who is new to a harmonium .
Thank you .

The finer points of the music is well understood by their music department. Thanks to their help I’m able to achieve the unique sounds.

Thank you , I found the part of the wood is chipped the place where the maker has their name or the manufacturer number. But all is good

Knowledgeable staff and top notch service. Love this place.

Music is universal! As a vocalist I needed something I could practise with that would allow me to pitch shift while playing a sustained single note or chord. The Shruti Box does just that! I sing Rock and Roll and my breath control and tonal quality has improved so much in just 6 days! It is now a part of my morning vocal exercises and the meditative aspect is a double plus! Get one and vibe on! You get what you pay for and this is quality! 10/10

In love with both my Punjabi Tumbi/Ektara and my padded Ankle/Ghungroo! Well packaged, quick shipping & great customer service! Thank you for my items!!

Amazing store with incredible products, knowledge, and care for the customer. I've bought 2 instruments over the years and have had wonderful experiencing purchasing and utilizing them- never seen such an establishment that provides the level of quality and care in both the products and the services, thanks!

Je suis content de mon achat, l'article est arrivé très rapidement en parfait état du Canada, même si j'ai dû payer un surplus de 5€ pour pouvoir le récupérer. C'est un article difficile à se procurer, donc merci bcp.

Thank you. I was happy this came by Canada Post, rather than courier. A much easier experience. And grateful it came quickly. I appreciate your prompt service.

I had a fantastic experience at Kala Kendar recently when looking to purchase a shruti box. Mickey was very knowledgeable, and ready to help. I truly felt taken care of as a customer and had all my questions answered with consideration and care. I would absolutely recommend Kala Kendar for anyone looking to learn more about traditional Indian musical instruments.
