I’ve been seeing Emma for Botox for a few years now and have begun seeing her quarterly over the last 12 months.She’s so professional and calm, which puts me completely at ease. She’s great at explaining each step, answering all my questions, and giving advice that’s really tailored to me and my goals.

I have been a platinum member since September 2025 and it is worth every penny. As an ongoing treatment plan with Dr Victoria, I have had a mixture of Botox, polynucleotides, Morpheus 8 and Sculptra. As a 48 year old woman, my face and neck where showing signs of aging. So far the results have been astounding. So good for my confidence and wellbeing. And it will just keep improving. I have been going to Kaizen for a number of years and have been very happy with the treatments I have had there. I have had hydrafacials which are a very effective non invasive treatment and Danika has always been very professional and flexible to my needs. I have also had Botox done by Emma who has a nursing background and she is very precise and methodical in her approach and also gives me a great result. This medical salon is excellent.
