Excellent website, although the Chronopost delivery service could be improved, as always.
Excellent website. Good selection of products and brands. I bought a Porter Yoshida backpack at a very good price compared to other online retailers. It cost practically the same as in Japan.
The only point for improvement concerns delivery in France, handled by Chronopost (PostNord, then DPD, and finally Chronopost, which belongs to the DPD group).
Chronopost rarely meets delivery deadlines and never delivers to the pickup address provided when placing the order.
Otherwise, I highly recommend KA-YO : everything is perfect!

Tröjan jag köpte gick sönder!
Tröjan jag köpte gick sönder vid 5-6:e tillfällen jag använde den.
Modellen har små ventilationshål på ryggen och när jag tog av mig den så råkade jag med fingret dra sönder den.
Hade sprungit i regn så tröjan satt som klistrad på kroppen.

J’ai commandé une robe sur le site le 29 mai 2026 pour mon balle qui aura lieu le 2 juillet 2026, sur le site il est indiqué que la commande sera livré en une semaine j’ai donc naïvement commandé. Mais depuis le 3 juin je n’ai aucune nouvelle de ma commande je commence à croire que je me suis fait arnaquer.
