Import Fee and UPS Delivery Fees not Included in online total despite paying $30 for shipping.
I paid $30 shipping (UPS) for a $60 shirt to be shipped to the USA because for some strange reason Nike decided not to sell it in the USA even though Nike sells the matching jacket, shorts and even shoes for the Realtree RUN shirt. I don't have anything personally against this store because I received the product with fast delivery, but for $90 total I should not have had a UPS delivery driver outside my door telling me I owed an additional $54 in import fees I had to pay before he could deliver it to me. He told me I could give him a personal check or go pay online or he was going to take the package away (the shirt was packaged poorly in a small box that was opened it was so cheap the shirt could have easily fell out). I had to pay online, which surprisingly only included $24 in actual import fees (thanks to the madness of Trump tariffs) and the rest of the additional $30 was UPS personal fees, brokerage, etc. UPS has made billions charging these extra fees. I should have been notified there was an additional $24 import fee, which I should have been allowed to pay when checking out, or perhaps that $30 shipping fee should have helped cover it, so UPS would not have had the opportunity to rip me off an additional $30. In total a $60 shirt cost me $144, which would have made me think twice about buying the shirt. Be upfront about import fees to other countries, so USA buyers are not caught off guard when FedEX and UPS want to make extra money off them for paying the import fees, which they pass on to the recipient along with additional fees totally subjective to them at their whim.

First of all, we're happy to hear that you received the product quickly and that we were able to provide an item that was otherwise difficult to find in the United States. However, we completely understand how frustrating it must have been to be faced with additional charges upon delivery.
While we know that some larger companies offer prepaid duties or provide more detailed estimates during checkout, we unfortunately have more limited resources. The reality is that these charges can vary greatly depending on a number of factors, including the destination country, number of items, product value, total weight, package dimensions, country of origin, and constantly changing local tariffs and regulations. This makes it very difficult for us to accurately predict the final customs charges in advance.
The value declared on the invoice and tax documents is always the amount paid for the product, but it's also important to consider the recently implemented tariffs in the United States, which have significantly increased import costs on many international shipments. If you'd like a full breakdown of the charges, UPS should be able to provide detailed information regarding customs duties, brokerage fees, and any additional service charges they applied.
That said, we want to be transparent and improve wherever we can. We do display the following notice during checkout for orders shipped outside the EU:
"IMPORTANT: Kindly note, European VAT has been removed since you are shipping to a destination outside of the EU. Local Duties may be charged upon arrival to your destination country depending on local regulations."
We understand that this may not fully prepare customers for the exact amount charged, and we're actively looking into ways to improve our system and provide clearer expectations for international customers going forward. Transparency and a smoother international shopping experience are important priorities for us as we continue to grow.

Det känns som ett sätt att undvika returer genom att göra det obekvämt och krångligt för kunden, dvs dålig kundservice. Kommer undvika att beställa från denna sida igen

Tyvärr kan passformen skilja sig något mellan olika versioner av samma modell, och vi förstår att det känns besvärligt när en sko som man haft en bra upplevelse med tidigare inte fungerar på samma sätt. Att du upplever tryck under framfoten och att tårna domnar är självklart inte den känsla man vill ha när man använder sina skor.
