I've brought from K-beauty a few time, never had a bad experience; quick delivery and helpful service but wish there's more range on both skincare and makeup. I'll still give them 5/5 because I'm sure there will be more products in the future.

I just received my parcel of 5 products from K-beauty over NewYear 2020... it arrived in a couple of days! Now considering the panademic that’s pretty amazing?! When the parcel arrived it was in a bright pink Jiffy bag! Gorgeous! I knew I was going to be impressed. I have been wanting to try Korean skincare for a long time because Korean girls skin is so dewy and they always look fresh faced. All the products K-beauty sell are high end with a lot of natural and costly ingredients... however it’s not reflected in the price!? Their prices are more than reasonable. In my experience of purchasing skincare of this quality I was paying about four times as much in the past! When I opened the cute Jiffy bag all my order was superbly packaged and the dispensers and containers were first class. I had three free samples, one of them retailed at a fiver on their site! I couldn’t wait to try my order and I love all of them. I am a converted Korean brand user and will only go to this company for my future skin care. Now, I have to be honest I do have high standards in how I spend my money and I am 100 % satisfied with everything k -beauty has to offer. Their clear website was easy to navigate...placing my order was hassle free..receiving my products with free delivery in a couple of days was impressive and their products are first class. Please do not hesitate to use this company..... you will be very happy and look a lot younger! Lol x x x x x. Can’t wait to place another order! X x x.

I found this website while searching for the CosRX snail peptide eye serum and the 97% snail essence- which was difficult to find- and noticed they also carried Laneige, Etude House and A'pieu and had better prices for the things I already loved! After my first order went so well I ended up ordering three more times in a row because I was so happy with the service and products both. They processed my orders quickly and I was surprised how fast they arrived to me in the UK- my orders were over £30 so included a free Tony Moly I'm Real sheet mask each time along with freebie samples. My favourite sheet masks are still the A'pieu Milk One pack sheet masks (I am super grateful they sell them individually so I can choose exactly which versions I want instead of only being able to order the multipack) but it was great to try other brands and made me feel like I was being rewarded with something of genuine value.

Over multiple orders; I tried the Laneige cica sleeping mask and ended up liking it more than the original water sleeping mask- so now I use both in routine along with the lip sleeping mask (which was how I became interested in kbeauty products) and eye sleeping mask. I ordered the cream skin in the mister bottle and love it! They carry the best things! I love Etude Houses play color eyes and bought the peach farm pallette- I haven't been disappointed by a single thing I've ordered from k-beauty.co.uk! They may have a limited selection but I feel like that's intentional because they care about finding the best products and wouldn't sell me an overpriced fad: making it much easier to try new things from them because I'm confident I'm getting a great deal and even if something not for me it's still a quality product and was worth it.

It is a small detail but I also really loved the little metal binder clip with the face that they used in packaging my items and now I use them to keep my sheet masks together in the fridge and it makes me smile. I feel appreciated and am happy to be a customer and will keep reordering my favourites and throwing in new things now and then! I hope everyone involved with k-beauty.co.uk is safe and supported and proud of the great company they've built! Thanks for being a source of fun and self-care in already stressful times. Little breaks of joy can make a big difference!

This company is amzaing... Easy communication, and quick responses.... I get my orders in 3days(literally). I highly recommend it.

I ordered from here on Thursday night and I received my package today on Monday! All of my items were accounted for and the packaging was not too much waste. I’ll definitely be ordering from here again!

I had a severe allergic reaction to the item I ordered and Cara was very friendly and quick with taking care of it for me and allowed me to return it for a full refund.

K-beauty has become my go to site for Korean beauty products. I've ordered quite a few products all of which were genuine and of high standard as expected.

The site is great, there are quite a few brands/products available but the site is not overwhelming and is easy to navigate through, with additional support added by the k-beauty team should you need it. e.g. products by age, each product has additional information including at which step to use it. which I found very helpful.

Once I placed an order the turn around time was between making the payment and shipping is impressive. When I have placed an order in the morning it was shipped out by mid afternoon. I love that.

Upon receiving my order, I was pleasantly surprised by the freebies especially the face masks.

I would highly recommend this site and it deserves five stars.

Great website with a wide variety of South Korean Beauty Products, all on trend right now. I've just made my second order with them. The website is set out so it's easy to use and clear and concise descriptions. My order was dispatched quickly and no delays on delivery. All the products are packaged and I will be ordering again. Hopefully next time some of the out of stock products will be available.

Really quick delivery, securely packaged and came with amazing, high-quality samples. The lady I had email correspondence with was so friendly and helpful. This is now my go-to site for Korean skincare products, highly recommend.

Incredible experience and customer service (plus a free goody inside). There was a delay with shipping and I was instantly refunded shipping costs plus they included a sheet mask and serum tester within my package - What a TREAT!

Let me start by saying I never write reviews but K-beauty's customer service was so outstanding I felt compelled to! Great pricing on the laneige products I ordered, really well packaged, and unbelievably quick delivery (especially with covid19 causing delays) they also included a few free samples of products which I hugely appreciated, with the cutest little clip on them. I would 100% buy from them again. This is how you do customer services, so many beauty websites should take note

I had an amazing shopping experience with K beauty. At first there was a mistake in my order where I got the wrong product shade but straight after I told them showed the evidence they resolved it and I received the correct product next day. 5 stars costumer service and an amazing wide range of products that I love.
